Items arrived quite quickly - but one item was damaged due to what appeared to be inadequate packing to protect the item. A few more pieces of foam would have saved the day.

I ordered their Victory gas grill. It was delivered ahead of schedule. Assyria was easy enough for me to do buy myself. About 1 1/2 hrs. Fired up the grill and it works great so far. I did have an issue with the sear burner going out after a few minutes. Called their customer service and they gave me a few things to try which didn't work. I purchased the Estes 40-Inch Casual Square Propane Fire Table and found it to be less expensive than other places while on sale. Delivery was fast and came in good shape so I'm thrilled with the outcome; however, the 3rd party delivery co left it at the base of my driveway on a pallet and wish I had known that ahead of time given it's a 200+ LB item.
Item was better than photo. Great price, fast shipping and arrived safely. Nice replacement for the old Brinkmann Smoker I used for years until it fell apart. This one looks like it will last for years, too!
