I was researching pellet grills and tried BBQ Guys on a recommendation from a friend. Their site was informative. Used customer service to ask about assembly and got an accurate response. The price was very competitive and delivery estimate was accurate. I then ordered a pizza insert (based on my experience with the first order) and same thing....competitive pricing and accurate deliver. They get an A+ in my book.
I knew what shape and size I wanted for a grill, BBQ Guys had pics, suggestions, and simple payment! Quick shipping, I hardly had time to plan a cookout and BOOM, the grill was being delivered. The grill is EXACTLY what I wanted and BBQ Guys made it happen.
