I want to give a shout out to BlazeGrills/BBQGuys for customer service above and beyond expectations. We purchased a 1 year old home in Ft. Myers in March of 2022. It had an outdoor kitchen with a Blaze Grill and Blaze Outdoor Refrigerator. We loved having and using both but the Refrigerator stopped cooling at the end of 2022. The unit was past it’s one year warranty. I worked with Jacob in Blaze Customer service to replace several parts/controls to try to troubleshoot the problem. These were sent free of charge.
