I was very happy with the experience I had with BBQGuys. The rep, Katie, was very informative and pleasant. We spoke a few times before I made the final purchase, and every time I was treated like a valued customer. No question I asked was treated like a bother, and I felt no pressure to pull the trigger quick. I would definitely buy through them again.
