Ordered 3 bags of pellets and all arrived on time and in great shape. What else can you ask for. Wish BBQ guys would carry more brands of pellets.
Purchased a large item (495 lbs) from BBQ Guys, it was shipped with free deliver and arrived very quickly (2 day) and in great condition. The guys from R&L Carriers also deserve a shout out, it was well packaged and arrived without a scratch. They even provide a photo of the package at its delivery location with the shipping verification e-mail. The grill and accessories were exactly what I ordered and it was all very well documented in the invoice. This is the second grill I have purchased from BBQ guys, never disappointed.

I Have purchased several items through BBQ Guys for our summer kitchen, their products and service are GREAT! Their prices are inline but have good sales. Also when you order the orders come in much quicker than any retailer this year. Use them they provide great services along with their products.
Good smoker for smaller batches and using less pellets. Does a real nice job. Be nice if you could buy the leg extentions 8-12" longer.
It was very easy to find exactly what I wanted on the BBQGuys.com I was able to add several items to my Weber Smokefire order and shipped it all at once. The freight company called me the day before, to see if there were any special instructions on my end. I asked them to leave it close to the garage (pretty far away from the road). They sat it right between my truck and the garage in a prefect location. All of my items came wrapped and strapped to a pallet with my smoker. Nothing was damaged at all.
