I waited for over one hour in the waiting room, ask three times form staff the reason he is not showing about and finally showed up with disrespectful attitude and talking with a rude tone of voice that he does not tolerate me asking staff multiple time as why he is late for the 2:45 pm visit and he showed up at 4:00 pm
