This was my first visit with Dr Thiel and the Marietta Eye Clinic on Powder Springs Rd. My experience was exceptional from the beginning to the end. I was treated like I mattered to everyone from the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor and the one who helped my pick out my glasses. Everyone gave me outstanding customer service. I could not have been treated better. Thank you for showing you cared about me.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this practice. The doctor is very nice, and so was the staff. But so you're not surprised, the doctor looks rather young; he appears to be in his mid-twenties, although I do not know his exact age. No matter his age, though, he's really good at what he does. I suggest this practice to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. Very nice and very professional. They took good care of me when I was being evaluated for cataract surgery.UPDATE- I had cataract surgery on right eye last week and it went fine. I was kind of nervous at first but everyone at the surgery center was very reassuring and took great care of me. Dr.Thiel did an amazing job and I have to say what a difference! The Marietta Eye clinic front office has a completely professional yet friendly atmosphere. Tiasia’s “happy to see you “ greeting sets the tone for a pleasant visit. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Thiel’s skill as an ophthalmologist, and his ability to put one at ease when experiencing eye surgery anxiety. I love having Dr Thiel as my Dr at Marietta Eye. My cataract surgery went well. No problems. He is thorough, and takes appropriate time with me. The. Employees are very nice, and knowledgeable.
