This was my first visit with Dr Thiel and the Marietta Eye Clinic on Powder Springs Rd. My experience was exceptional from the beginning to the end. I was treated like I mattered to everyone from the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor and the one who helped my pick out my glasses. Everyone gave me outstanding customer service. I could not have been treated better. Thank you for showing you cared about me.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this practice. The doctor is very nice, and so was the staff. But so you're not surprised, the doctor looks rather young; he appears to be in his mid-twenties, although I do not know his exact age. No matter his age, though, he's really good at what he does. I suggest this practice to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. A concerning issue caused me to seek immediate exam, when my current provider couldn't see me for WEEKS. Marietta Eye Clinic diligently searched for a location to help me, near my home. They got me in within two hours. Everyone at their office, from the second I entered the door, was very inviting. Very nice and very professional. They took good care of me when I was being evaluated for cataract surgery.UPDATE- I had cataract surgery on right eye last week and it went fine. I was kind of nervous at first but everyone at the surgery center was very reassuring and took great care of me. Dr.Thiel did an amazing job and I have to say what a difference! The Marietta Eye clinic front office has a completely professional yet friendly atmosphere. Tiasia’s “happy to see you “ greeting sets the tone for a pleasant visit. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Thiel’s skill as an ophthalmologist, and his ability to put one at ease when experiencing eye surgery anxiety.
