Dr. Ho is a wonderful doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients and answered all of my questions in detail. His scheduling staff was very responsive and efficient in booking my appointments. I will recommend Dr. Ho without hesitation!!

Please consider this review carefully before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Charles Ho. Chronic scheduling issues and poor patient communication are the norms for this doctor. When I booked my first visit, the staff warned me to expect a two-hour appointment. I assumed this time was allocated for diagnostic tests, evaluations, and a thorough discussion of the results. I couldn't be happier! Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable at all times. The procedure was flawless and I could see very clearly even with the eye shield! Thank you Dr. Ho and your wonderful team!

Very frustrating visit at Marietta Eye Clinic. As per usual, they were running late on appointments. However, this time, I spent 3 hours mostly sitting around for a simple check-up. No consideration for other peoples' time. They could have easily called and told me to come in 2 hours later or to reschedule. Happens quite often with Marietta Eye, unfortunately.
