This is not the broker to use. They try scam you on fees dealing with online traders. The app won’t work I get an internal security result almost daily. I try to trade and can’t. They are a nightmare you get different trader houses some are far better then others when you call. Trust me it’s not worth being with this cibc broker it will be a nightmare when you can’t log in to make trades fast enough and then call in and they try and charge you 50 dollars. Our wait time was shorter than expected. Haig was very polite, knowledgeable and a clear concise communicator. He was able to assist me in a timely manner and knew exactly how to answer my question. Also gave me support for the secured email. We are very appreciative of Investor's Edge customer service and marvel at the expertise and friendliness of the worker's.

App didn’t work all day. Calling in is a complete waste of time. I’ve had very bad experience with traders. Sometimes I get one named adrian who basically will hang up on you when you try and explain the app doesn’t work.

Recently I was unable to make a trade on an account. The problem was a missing form at the time the account was opened. Hitesh was very helpful in identifying the problem and eventually making sure the form reached the right people in the documentation division. He was courteous, helpful, responsive and efficient. It is rare to find people who take personal responsibility . Thanks to him the problem is resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Hitesh

Overall the website is great. The only thing i dislike is that i have no excess if i am out of country and do not have my canadian cellphone number with me to get confirmation. They do not send you confirmations through email.
