PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS... Like I should have!!If I could give a ZERO stars, I would. This place is a RIP OFF! They overcharge for their services! I was told my $2500 retainer would be more than enough and I would most likely get most of it back, since my case was so easy... My experience with Michael Kennedy and his Team has been exceptional and optimally professional. Always on time and very personal, they met my individual needs. Horrible experience. I spent over $3,00 and all the documents that were filed with the court were not completed correctly. I had to amend all the documents myself and pay to have the other party reserved, because no one from Estelle and Kennedy would return my calls. It has been over a year and still have not received what was left. I had my account open for 1 year and they drained by balance stating it was from fees charged for keeping my account open. Don't let them rob you like they did me.

I definitely recommend staying away from this firm! Worst experience ever! Been almost a year after my court case has been settled, I still have not received any paperwork on finalized documents, they always have excuses, my fees were always paid up to date yet they still fail to communicate to a professional level I have emailed numerous times, walked into the office from living out out of state still to be left disappointed! Worst decision was to go with this firm !

I was just verbally assaulted by the "billing supervisor" who literally threatened me. I called with a question about commute time on the bill and this hood rat gets on and says her name. I respond with my name and that I have a question about the statement, to which she replies, "yeah? What's the question?" The most unprofessional interaction ever, which ended with her saying, "I do all the billing here, so you better watch who you're talking to!"
