If you’re looking for a builder who will neglect you throughout the one year warranty and leave you dreading your purchase for years to come. You’ve come to the right place. We built a home through them and have been left with multiple unresolved problems that have been swept under the rug all the way up until they could wash their hands and walk away. We purchased a home in December 2024, Divario located in Saint George Utah. The home and floor plan is perfect for our current family needs as it has a casita. We are pleased with the quality of the home. Our community pool is perfect to cool off in the summer. We had a couple repair requests after move in that Dillon and the team of Fieldstone has addressed.

I love working with Fieldstone. They do such a great build. The process was phenomenal with no issues. I know when it comes to building with a builder it gets scary and they took the stress out of the equation. Also, I can’t go without acknowledging the builders agent, Brianne Benson that was so knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend her every day

Nick Strong made sure everything was taken care of us. We had our final walkthrough with Travis. He explained everything super well and made sure everything got taken care of. I have bought from a builder before, so I was blown away by the quality of service from Fieldstone.

We were so pleased with Sue and Scott. They listened to our wants, negotiated for our best interests to get a great deal on our new home. They helped get our old place ready, scheduled an open house. We received an offer the first day for our asking price. We were living in northern Utah so the selling of our previous home and all the work involved with the purchase of our new house was done by them and on the phone with us. We highly recommend them to help you with any of your reality needs. A+ service!!
