If you’re looking for a builder who will neglect you throughout the one year warranty and leave you dreading your purchase for years to come. You’ve come to the right place. We built a home through them and have been left with multiple unresolved problems that have been swept under the rug all the way up until they could wash their hands and walk away. I love working with Fieldstone. They do such a great build. The process was phenomenal with no issues. I know when it comes to building with a builder it gets scary and they took the stress out of the equation. Also, I can’t go without acknowledging the builders agent, Brianne Benson that was so knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend her every day

We purchased a home in December 2024, Divario located in Saint George Utah. The home and floor plan is perfect for our current family needs as it has a casita. We are pleased with the quality of the home. Our community pool is really close to being completed. We had a couple repair requests after move in that Fieldstone has addressed.

5 Stars – Wonderful Experience! Working with Fieldstone was amazing! BreAnne made the home-buying process smooth and stress-free—she was helpful, responsive, and truly cared about our experience! Fieldstone was great! The superintendent and the sales agent were fantastic. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is shortly after the one year warranty was up the lights in you kitchen started to flicker and our floors are squeaking. A little frustrating that everything was great until the warranty was up. I have worked with a lot of builders and no one is perfect but fieldstone is one of the better for sure!
