We built a home through them and have been left with multiple unresolved problems that have been swept under the rug all the way up until they could wash their hands and walk away. We purchased a home in December 2024, Divario located in Saint George Utah. The home and floor plan is perfect for our current family needs as it has a casita. We are pleased with the quality of the home. Our community pool is really close to being completed. We had a couple repair requests after move in that Fieldstone has addressed.
We loved our home at first. Within the first few months of living here the siding of our home began to blow off, we contacted fieldstone and it was fixed. This happed 3 seperate times on the north side of the home withing the first year, each time they sent a crew to fix it. Now 3 years later the siding on both sides of the home is being ripped off by the wind, and after contacting fieldstone they are saying it is no longer covered under the 1 year warranty. Nick Strong made sure everything was taken care of us. We had our final walkthrough with Travis. He explained everything super well and made sure everything got taken care of. I have bought from a builder before, so I was blown away by the quality of service from Fieldstone.
Had a great experience purchasing a home with Fieldstone. Our inspector raved about how good the build was compared to there he saw. Great interior and exterior.
