She is incredibly reliable, responsive, tracking of all open issues, attention to detail is impeccable, remember repairs history of our properties and provide solutions and recommendations when we needed. Ayla has such a great work ethic, always putting in extra effort to help us. We feel so lucky to have her managing our properties & appreciating her impressive work. She is the best!
