Lavern, Findigs and the HomeRiver org has been very helpful with getting the lease signed, the ease of touring the property and overall assistance! Doing it through Findigs was definitely streamlined the process with a very simplistic UI and fast response after submissions. Time will tell about the property after move-in day but the prior processes to get approved and submit documentation has been nothing short of stellar with the assistance of Lavern and their teams.
