Abagail and Mary were very interactive. Abagail made it her business to communicate with me through text and calls. I don’t answer numbers I don’t know so it was helpful for me to communicate that text. She sent all next steps and when I really didn’t understand what or why a concierge service was included Mary explained to me how that works.
