Abagail and Mary were very interactive. Abagail made it her business to communicate with me through text and calls. I don’t answer numbers I don’t know so it was helpful for me to communicate that text. She sent all next steps and when I really didn’t understand what or why a concierge service was included Mary explained to me how that works. I never had that before who would of that a service like that comes with a home. Go Figure! Thanks Home River Group

I am writing to share my experience renting from HomeRiver Group for the past two years. During my first year, communication was excellent, primarily because I encountered no significant maintenance issues. However, in the second year, requesting maintenance became a source of hardship. When scheduling services through the portal, I would thoroughly explain the issue and provide pictures. The main problem was then the actual scheduling of the service.
