If I could leave zero stars, trust me- I would. This is by far, THE WORST property management company I have ever used and had the displeasure of renting from. Mentally prepare yourself to have this PM company steam roll you on your deposit when you move out. They will not provide an itemized list of expenses to you because they are banking on the fact that you do not know your tenant rights or know theirs by law. I live next to a house that is rented by homeriver group Boise and contacted them about a tree that was on one of their rentals was told they would but in a work ticket. After contacting 7 times and 4 months later I took matters into my own hands and cut it down costing me time and money but figured it was better than damaging my house. They do not communicate or follow thru on anything sure am glad I don’t rent from them and would never have them manage one of my properties.
As a tenant this company is incompetent. They do not return phone calls or emails and their website is abysmal. I moved in and did not have hot water for 4 days for myself and 3 children. I was told that my house did not have gas - it definitely does. I cannot log in to the website to request maintenance and I cannot get anyone to fix the log-in.
