I am a home owner in Boise and have used Home River for all my rental homes. In Boise I work with Alisa Burditch. Alisa has been great, she keeps me updated on issues and what should be fixed and what can wait. Repairs are done in a competive environment and the prices are reasonable. Vacancies are short and the homes stay in great shape. I am very happy with Home River.
