If I could’ve given zero stars I would have. My fiance and I went through a self tour this last Sunday. We fell in love with a home (early attached emotions I know.) However this home had been listed/available for the last 70 days. Not a convenient location for really anyone, but we loved it. As soon as we go home (mind you our showing was at 0900-1000) we both submitted our applications. We have 2 animals to which they needed verification of rabies vaccines. I am thankful I have had a very smooth process renting from this property management company. The way they do things is unique, it’s all online which can be confusing at times. But thankfully, any problems I’ve had or concerns, my property manager Derek Fritz has been super helpful, patient, and understanding. I always hear back quickly and I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t resolved in a timely manner. Thank you!!
Absolute scammers! We gave them 45 days written notice sent to their P.O. Box per our lease agreement. They then told me I had to do it through their portal, (which I did but not legally required to). I provided them with the shipping receipt for the written notice as well. Our lease was up August 15. We moved out August 14th. They are charging us for the month of September. They charged us twice for house cleaning. They charged us for the remaining month of August. We left that place spotless! If I could leave zero stars, trust me- I would. This is by far, THE WORST property management company I have ever used and had the displeasure of renting from. Mentally prepare yourself to have this PM company steam roll you on your deposit when you move out. They will not provide an itemized list of expenses to you because they are banking on the fact that you do not know your tenant rights or know theirs by law.
