Worst company I’ve ever dealt with previously but they seem to have hired some new employees that actually know what they’re doing. Now that we have contact info for the person who manages our area (after four months already living here) it’s been a lot better and easier to handle things that come up. If the good continues I’ll probably boost the rating but because of the struggles endured just trying to get a rental from them I think two stars is still appropriate. If I could’ve given zero stars I would have. My fiance and I went through a self tour this last Sunday. We fell in love with a home (early attached emotions I know.) However this home had been listed/available for the last 70 days. Not a convenient location for really anyone, but we loved it. As soon as we go home (mind you our showing was at 0900-1000) we both submitted our applications. We have 2 animals to which they needed verification of rabies vaccines. Alisa Burditch has been a great help for any issues that we have had be it the resident portal or any other ongoings that need addressed in the complex! I’m glad we have a competent and kind property manager!
Listen to the reviews and don't rent from this company. If you check trustpilot, yelp, google, 98% of the reviews are negative. If you are desperate, just be patient, pray, and keep looking because HOME RIVER GROUP is a scam. I rented from them for 1 year. They found a way to keep my 3100 security deposit, charging me for things that already needed fixing prior to me signing the lease. I was charged double garbage fees each month. I live next to a house that is rented by homeriver group Boise and contacted them about a tree that was on one of their rentals was told they would but in a work ticket. After contacting 7 times and 4 months later I took matters into my own hands and cut it down costing me time and money but figured it was better than damaging my house. They do not communicate or follow thru on anything sure am glad I don’t rent from them and would never have them manage one of my properties.
