As a tenant this company is incompetent. They do not return phone calls or emails and their website is abysmal. I moved in and did not have hot water for 4 days for myself and 3 children. I was told that my house did not have gas - it definitely does. I cannot log in to the website to request maintenance and I cannot get anyone to fix the log-in. I have emailed and called and no reply EVER. I have informed them of repairs that I needed to be billed for as they were my responsibly and again NOTHING. They stopped doing my lawn... read more
I live next to a house that is rented by homeriver group Boise and contacted them about a tree that was on one of their rentals was told they would but in a work ticket. After contacting 7 times and 4 months later I took matters into my own hands and cut it down costing me time and money but figured it was better than damaging my house. They do not communicate or follow thru on anything sure am glad I don’t rent from them and would never have them manage one of my properties.
I would not recommend this property management company to anyone. We were disappointed time after time with this company. We had many issues with our rental that we not resolved or when they tried to resolve them made the situation worse. This company lacks many things . One being able to get in contact with them. We weren’t ever able to get in contact with anyone until we had already moved out. Can't say this was a good experience at all. Where do I start. They post a $0 deductible to hook people and add *Restrictions apply, but don't disclose what those restrictions are anywhere. There was a deposit after all just a different name for it. They communicate through a findigs platform with very delayed responses. It's very frustrating to reach an actual person. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Home River Group I recently signed a lease with Home River Group and had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience from the very beginning.
