Listed Items in need of repair as part of contingency to application. Requested eta on items (missing floorboards and garage not working properly) but was advised that they had not heard from the property owner and would likely not before our approved move in date. They also have an open work order for a deep clean but it has not been completed or scheduled even though the property has been vacant for over a month. It was advertised as ready to move in 10/30. If you own a property in Charlotte, DO NOT hire this property management company. They have screwed everything up from the beginning - starting with giving the renter the wrong door code. They never gave them a key, so they couldn't access the property. Chris (your assigned manager) is NO help, and there is no one working after 5pm or on the weekends, so if there is a problem after hours, then you are on your own. Don't hire their service to help with the utilities, because they gave the renters the wrong utility companies ... read more
