It is now over three weeks since they have Decided us not having air conditioner in 80+ degree weather was not an emergency, even though I have a small children and an elderly person in my home. There’s no end in sight. Be careful if you choose these people to manage your properties. This is how they’re treating your tenants for you. Cheap coldhearted people, but God sees all And what goes around comes around, so continue.

I recently submitted an application for a home that was available for rent through Home River Group. I did a walk through of the property and thought it was decent and in a decent neighborhood. After applying I thought to check the reviews and boy was I shocked at the poor reviews but kept thinking maybe no reviews are being shared about the good.
