Hi I really don’t do reviews too often, but I have to take a moment to lot give praise where it’s due I would like to publicly thank Lottie and Angelica for their help with my moving process. Their services were A1 definitely a 5⭐️ service was given. It didn’t matter what time of the day and night it was, if I had a question and concern about something they responded promptly. If you own a property in Charlotte, DO NOT hire this property management company. They have screwed everything up from the beginning - starting with giving the renter the wrong door code. They never gave them a key, so they couldn't access the property. Chris (your assigned manager) is NO help, and there is no one working after 5pm or on the weekends, so if there is a problem after hours, then you are on your own. Don't hire their service to help with the utilities, because they gave the renters the wrong utility companies ... read more
This is by far the worst management company in NC and don’t know how they are still in business. They draft the wrong amount out of my account every month, still not sure who my property manager is because NOBODY will return my calls. Lucky for me my lease is up in December
Abigail has been such a great help. From start to finish she was able to answer and address all my questions and concerns. She’s the complete best !! Would definitely recommend her again and again !!
