Let me start by stating that most rental groups are not good, however homeriver is the WORST out of them all. Our heating/AC unit was not hooked up right when we moved in and was without heat for a whole month by the time it was fixed. Then conveniently, they transferred us to Main Street Renewal so they didn’t have to deal with reimbursing us. Everytime I call them they say they don’t have the ability to get me to a supervisor and since they no longer manage the property they can’t help me. I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT from these ... read more
