If you own a property in Charlotte, DO NOT hire this property management company. They have screwed everything up from the beginning - starting with giving the renter the wrong door code. They never gave them a key, so they couldn't access the property. Chris (your assigned manager) is NO help, and there is no one working after 5pm or on the weekends, so if there is a problem after hours, then you are on your own. Listed Items in need of repair as part of contingency to application. Requested eta on items (missing floorboards and garage not working properly) but was advised that they had not heard from the property owner and would likely not before our approved move in date. They also have an open work order for a deep clean but it has not been completed or scheduled even though the property has been vacant for over a month. It was advertised as ready to move in 10/30. Please make sure u tour the home FIRST. We moved from out of town, so only went by the pictures which must be super old. The house was so DIRTY and smelly. We had to clean for a whole week before we could even move in. It should be illegal for a management company to even rent out a place like this. The carpet was covered in dog hair and dishwasher with mold and mildew. They aren't willing to replace either. Angela Belano, Resident Coordinator, provided me with the worst possible experience I’ve ever had. She was unwilling to help me with my issue, her communication skills were poor, she spoke over me while speaking, would initially not provide me with any contact information for reference and refused to escalate the phone call/issue for 45 minutes. She 10/10 DO NO RECOMMEND. The customer service is POOR and the representatives need much more training and have little to no people skills or empathy.
