5 years of being a good tenant receive nothing but aggravation property manager Angela does not even offer a courtesy of a return email or any follow up on necessary maintenance must contact property owner to explain to them what they are getting from Home group for their money, which is nothing

Angela Belano, Resident Coordinator, provided me with the worst possible experience I’ve ever had. She was unwilling to help me with my issue, her communication skills were poor, she spoke over me while speaking, would initially not provide me with any contact information for reference and refused to escalate the phone call/issue for 45 minutes. She 10/10 DO NO RECOMMEND. The customer service is POOR and the representatives need much more training and have little to no people skills or empathy.
JOSE IS EXCELLENT WORKING W/SENIOR TENANTS. At 82 years old he was extremely patient, kind and respectful to me-and I know it wasn’t easy, I am so thankful how he handled ME & my problem and ultimately RESOLVED it. He should be a TREASURED EMPLOYEE. I think I’m in LOVE!❤️ LOL! Thank you all who helped him resolve this issue. DORIS HERBERT ROBINSON
It is now over three weeks since they have Decided us not having air conditioner in 80+ degree weather was not an emergency, even though I have a small children and an elderly person in my home. There’s no end in sight. Be careful if you choose these people to manage your properties. This is how they’re treating your tenants for you. Cheap coldhearted people, but God sees all And what goes around comes around, so continue.
