Renting is a home is an experience long forgotten, however your. associate Riley Kurtts made the process easy. His guidance was spot on with no real issues, It is a pleasure to work with someone of that caliber and commitment to a good outcome. Hopefully I will be long term renter, I simply need to settle in to the renting routine and enjoy the process,.

Tarsha Sanders was our leasing agent and she was absolutely wonderful! She 100% cares about her clients, and we felt super comfortable asking her questions, and she gave honest answers. Never had trouble getting a hold of her over the phone either. Tarsha truly cares about making her clients happy. Thank you Tarsha!

There are quite a few reasons to avoid this management company like the plague. 1) Maintenance requests are often delayed, done poorly, or outright ignored. I've had my garage flooded multiple times and they are unable to "get fixes approved" in a timely manner. Negligence like this causes damage to tenant property AND owner property. 2) Very difficult to talk to anyone on the phone to resolve issues. Hours say open at 9 yet I call at 930 and theyre closed. Tarsha Sanders has been our leasing agent and when I tell you this lady has gone to great lengths to make this entire process smooth for us I absolutely mean it! From the application process (and calming my nerves) to answering all my questions at various times throughout the day - she’s been a saint! Definitely recommend her and the Home River Group. Cannot say enough good things!
