Tarsha Sanders was our leasing agent and she was absolutely wonderful! She 100% cares about her clients, and we felt super comfortable asking her questions, and she gave honest answers. Never had trouble getting a hold of her over the phone either. Tarsha truly cares about making her clients happy. Thank you Tarsha!
Tarsha Sanders has been our leasing agent and when I tell you this lady has gone to great lengths to make this entire process smooth for us I absolutely mean it! From the application process (and calming my nerves) to answering all my questions at various times throughout the day - she’s been a saint! Definitely recommend her and the Home River Group. Cannot say enough good things!
Tarsha Sanders is a great leasing agent! She was extremely communicative of our application status during the process and was very welcoming with accommodations and all of our questions. My only complaint is that she lives in Memphis and we weren’t able to shake her hand in person. 😂 Thank you Tarsha!

Worst experience ever! House we moved into in July 2024 was dirty, unkempt and had many repairs needed that were not done for months. When we moved out they tried to bill me an additional $6000 even though I paid all rent and the early termination fees! Sent them proof of all payments and they claim a clerical error and are still trying to bill me for utilities I already paid. Cant ever get anyone in the office. Leave messages and no respnses.
