His guidance was spot on with no real issues, It is a pleasure to work with someone of that caliber and commitment to a good outcome. There are quite a few reasons to avoid this management company like the plague. 1) Maintenance requests are often delayed, done poorly, or outright ignored. I've had my garage flooded multiple times and they are unable to "get fixes approved" in a timely manner. Negligence like this causes damage to tenant property AND owner property. 2) Very difficult to talk to anyone on the phone to resolve issues. Hours say open at 9 yet I call at 930 and theyre closed.
