Home river group has made our home leasing process so wonderful! They are always responsive to concerns and have helped my family enjoy renting a home with ease! We love Home River Group and our property manager Rylie is amazing! Our home is beautiful and so well cared for! We may never leave! 🤣💛
Worst experience ever! House we moved into in July 2024 was dirty, unkempt and had many repairs needed that were not done for months. When we moved out they tried to bill me an additional $6000 even though I paid all rent and the early termination fees! Sent them proof of all payments and they claim a clerical error and are still trying to bill me for utilities I already paid. Cant ever get anyone in the office. Leave messages and no respnses. Property Manager Riley HRG Chattanooga, is always attentive and responsive!! This has been the best rental property company that we have had the pleasure to rent from, they are always there when you need them and if anything goes wrong they are quick to get it fixed! Definitely recommend using this property rental company 10/10

I helped someone clean out a property from these scum bags. They had roachs and bed bugs. Me the nice guy I am helped spray and get this house livable for people. These scumbags didn’t care about the bugs and told the renter oh well that’s on you. I’m getting ready to sue them for thousands of dolllars they cost me and the new tenants. This company are dirt merchants and should not be aloud to do business in this area. The owners should forfeit the property to the city for using such scum of the earth
