Absolutely without a doubt one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with ANY service I’ve ever used in my life. For three years I found myself constantly wondering if this was even a reputable management company or if it was a scam. Random charges posted to my monthly payments, late fees on said false charges, terrible customer service, terrible management of tasks needing to get done within the unit. There needs to be some serious looking into of this company to determine how much fraud is going on
I’ve been in this house for 6 years never experienced anything like this before.Lack of communication with property management. Ceiling in basement fell due to water leaking from ceiling. Molded old pipes nothing was replaced just put up a board. Now getting tub replaced it’s been over 2 months now. They hired a subcontractor and he installed the tub & tore the wall bathroom still not finished. Mold in laundry room sinkAll they do is come take pictures I’ve even sent them pictures.
John Ayson assisted me today and was a great help. I had concerns on my upcoming viewing and John assisted me through the entire process. All my questions were answered adequately.
I've never worked with a more unprofessional group of people throughout my career and through many apartment management companies I've used. The property manager for my apartment would disappear, not answer my requests, or information. A previous tenant left my unit in shambles and HomeRiver never went into my unit to do inspections.
