I recently spoke with Ren Agustin in customer service. While she was very friendly on the phone and seemed as if she wanted to be helpful, my actual experience left me incredibly disappointed. During our call, I explained the billing issue and specifically asked her to send me an email outlining what we discussed — including the exact amount owed — and she agreed. I’ve been in this house for 6 years never experienced anything like this before.Lack of communication with property management. Ceiling in basement fell due to water leaking from ceiling. Molded old pipes nothing was replaced just put up a board. Now getting tub replaced it’s been over 2 months now. They hired a subcontractor and he installed the tub & tore the wall bathroom still not finished. Mold in laundry room sinkAll they do is come take pictures I’ve even sent them pictures.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company I found mold in my 7 year old sons room who has severe asthma I called and submitted multiple work orders they then sent a plumber out who broke the entire wall found the leak and left it exactly as shown on the pictures I called for atleast 2-3 days because I also noticed swarmers staff hung up on me and never responded to any of my messages remind you I’ve only lived here a month now I have no place to go after putting all of my money int... read more

EDIT: I’ve had nothing but issues since moving into this apartment. Within the first month, management repeatedly emailed me insisting I put the water bill in my name, even though the city confirmed this is the responsibility of the building owner, not the tenant. I went 16 days without hot water before a plumber finally replaced the water tank. Just days later, my bathtub stopped draining and filled with stagnant, sewage-smelling water.
