Brooke was a pleasure to work with on getting my rent extended due a clerical error from my employer.
I was struggling all day with not getting access to the portal and it not telling me why I didn’t. But apparently my password expired, but it wouldn’t let me reset. When I called, I got a hold of this young lady and she was able to fix it in no time great job thank you.
Abigail and the team at HomeRiver Group worked quickly through some technical difficulties, and all the requirements to help us get approved for our rental home we will move into next week! We are thankful for all their help and hard work.
Phenomenal company, but I must give a shout out to Taylor. She was the one who helped me in My Fiancé throughout the process and she did everything that she could to ensure that we got the property including help. Keep our anxiety down so if you have anybody, make sure you guys ask for her
