When Wayne ran this company it was great. Ever since home river took over it's been a terrible experience working with them. It's been impossible to get a hold of anyone and communication in general was horrible. No one was able to answer simple questions about our property. I have no idea, to this day, the last time anyone did some kind of walk through of our property. As a result, our tenants moving out was a disaster.
