Update 12/2024: I finally had my issue resolved with the understanding from the Richland county trash that it was the property management’s responsibility to be up to date for a year since it is a new construction. I get 4 automatice charges including penalty fees on 12/20 with no explanation and no warning or update. The penalty fees are due to “vacant “ charges which is false my lease started 7/1. A sleezy company that sends random charges and fails to take care of their properties. We moved into our rental and it had foundation issues, mold, and a major water leak. The house was dirty and disgusting and had bed bugs that I paid out of pocket to get rid of. Please never rent from this company.
we paid 2800$ security deposit for a house that was already deteriorating and we left this house better than we received it now we owe the company 200$ but we have proof and now Margaret potter is no longer replying to our email or voicemails we even went to the office downtown Columbia and no one was there left a paper message under the door and we still got no reply please if you rent from this company take videos and pics of the home pre move in because they will charge you for things that previous tenants did to the hous... read more
