I am writing to log an official complaint regarding my experience with property manager Margaret Potter at the Columbia branch. She utilized forceful and threatening tactics to push a disabled tenant out of their home, displaying a complete disregard for tenant protections and fair housing practices. If there was a negative star I would have checked that. Nothing but problems. You can’t get to anyone that can help you when there is an issue. I had to file a complaint with the state before getting any relief. It took 7 months!!!! Very invasive application. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
