We had 'One Prpoerty Management' managing our Dallas property for 17 years without any problems. Since the 'Home River Group' bought out 'One Property' we have had nothing but problems. We have suffered outrageous costs against our one single family that they managed. Over the past twelve months they charges us $6,940 in management and miscelaneous charges. Do not trust these people. They lie, they switch documents out in your lease signings, they are 100% dishonest. There is a reason they do not have a review section activated people. Avoid!! They sent me over my lease renewal and said that there was a new required "resident benefit package" and that it would include renters insurance. When I got my bill for the 1st month on the renewal though they had on there a separate renters insurance fee.
