I'm post the picture here because no one will call and help with the ztenant. Dead tree, hole in the bottom of the garage. Gap in the garage door so missing the seal on the door to keep the rain out. I will be adding more pictures. The kitchen cupboard door that is warped. A pull out drawer that does not open. The freezer refrigerator doesn't freeze been waiting for 8 weeks. The leasing team is great and very responsive. Once you move in communication stops.I would give zero stars if it would let me. I’ve never had an experience with any company like this in my entire life. Horrible communication. You turn in service requests and they just deny them without an explanation. This was not a one or two time issue. I dealt with them for nearly 2 years. A complete disaster.There is a Facebook group dedicated to people who hate this company. I can't say enough great things about this management company. Always prompt with issues within the home and extremely helpful. Jennifer Kennedy is the absolute best! She came through during an emergency situation and helped every step of the way with nothing but extreme kindness. Thank you so much for being a great company to help with leasing needs and other things along the way.
I cannot wait for my lease to end! I have not had AC for over 2 weeks! They continue to close out my service request but will not send a vendor to repair. I have 3 small children under 4 here and they do not care about fixing the AC. I just read a review of how they charged a tenant for blinds after move out, well I better not see that charge, the blinds were all broken when I moved in, It’s listed on my condition form as well as I have copies of service request asking them to be replaced. If I could leave no stars I would. Do not rent or sign a lease with this company. I should have known better from the start. I had to sign the lease 3 different times when I toured I was assured that maintenance would come in and fix the issues two days after move in I came home to find the automatic door keypad had malfunctioned and we could not get into the house.
