Jessica Moyer is my current point of contact through home river group, she is argumentative, unreasonable, and does not have renters best interest in mind. Over the past year I have had several issues with Jessica Moyer, several related to her incompetence and negligence of maintenance requests. Other issues have been related to billing where HRG has attempted to over withdrawal on rent. I would be very wary of renting from this company.
