Been at this property 20 plus years. P L Holdings was the previous owners. They notified me of the company Home River Group has taken over this property,and that's what they have done taking over and doing very lil with the property and No service for the tenant.... I was told to call the # I was given for anything, the calls are out source out in the Philippines!! I love the neighborhood but this company isn't for their tenant.
