RENTERS BEWARE. If I could give zero stars I would. Your rent will be 200 dollars more than what was listed. You will pay a $53 service fee just to pay your rent online which is the only option besides a money order next day mailed to their office in another state. Any maintenance issues you have will cheaply fixed and most of the time not even completed correctly. If you are late they will stack late fees on you with no remorse and will not work with you. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the ongoing maintenance issues in my unit. This has become a pattern, not an isolated situation, and it is unacceptable—especially considering the amount of rent I pay each month. During the summer, we went multiple days without air conditioning while temperatures were in the 90-degree range. That alone was uncomfortable and unsafe. I have lived in my home since 2024. My rent has raised about $400 dollars since moving in. Currently I pay about $2100. That’s alot to have issues in a home-I do not own the home. I’m renting. The home is very beautiful however very expensive for issues. I’ve most recently been having issues with clogged drains, I’ve done all I would do to resolve the issue.
