My wife Sharon and I have been working with Home River Group for a little over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Their office staff have been spot on and our field representative (property manager) Kalen is solid. Kudos to all.
I lived in the house for 6 years and was a great tenant only to have my lease terminated for "personal reasons". I only called when there was a major repair that needed to be made. The property was very old and the management failed to do annual inspections which ultimately led to the constant issues that arised. Due to it being located in a wooded area, there were pest and rodent problems that management failed to address for extended periods of time. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Slow. Uneducated. Unprofessional. Isubordinate. Imbecilic. Are the words I would use to describe HOME RIVER GROUP. I am a former resident of a property under the management of this absolutely terrible company with complications every step of the way. WARNING…. READ BEFORE APPLYING AND PAYING APPLICATION FEES BEWARE OF THEIR LEASE FINANCIAL TRAP My husband and I applied for a home in Orange Park, FL managed by Home River Group. We paid the application fee for myself, our dog, and husband. We have excellent credit and own a home out of state that we have a property management take care of and lease out.
