I encourage you to read the negative reviews before choosing Home River Group as your property management company. They will do as little as possible to address issues and then argue with you about how they handled everything correctly. It took 4 months for them to find tenants while our property sat vacant. Those tenants then broke their lease before the year was up. They destroyed the lawn with a bounce house — damage that took from April to November to be fully addressed. Great experience renting a home! Scheduling a time to view the home was fast and easy. The application process was seamless and all online, which is very convenient. Our Rep. Tammy, was a great help! She maintained constant communication and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend HomeRiver Group.
Do not rent a property from this company—it is the worst company I have ever encountered. When you are looking to rent, they respond to absolutely every message; however, as soon as you move in, they stop replying to emails. I have now gone six days without being able to use my kitchen; the bathroom drain is clogged, the laundry facilities are defective, and the electrical outlets are malfunctioning. This was a fairly easy process, all handled online but easy to reach by phone as well. I want to thank Lavern Vasallo for all the help in getting my lease signed, always being available and helping me with every question and concern I’ve had. Truly made this process much easier and gave me peace of mind.
SCAM SCAM . It’s been 5 months and they still owe me money and the phone number they give no one picks up Stay away , they try to take money from you before you know it . YES EVEN IF YOU ARE THE OWNER. The communication is deliberately hidden . Firstly they will hold money for reasons unknown from your own rent collection after their commission, which you will have a hard time to get back .
