Stay away , they try to take money from you before you know it . YES EVEN IF YOU ARE THE OWNER. The communication is deliberately hidden . Firstly they will hold money for reasons unknown from your own rent collection after their commission, which you will have a hard time to get back . This was a fairly easy process, all handled online but easy to reach by phone as well. I want to thank Lavern Vasallo for all the help in getting my lease signed, always being available and helping me with every question and concern I’ve had.
