Worst experience ever no ac in home forget over a year they sent 3 techniton out here and they said that it need to be replaced and they did nothing. But gave us 3 portable air conditioner that hardly even cools off the house. I would not recommend HomeRiver Property Management based on my experience. From the beginning, I clearly stated verbally, by email, and on their intake form that I wanted a 2-year lease. When they sent the lease, it was written for 1 year, and I had to push to get a corrected lease signed. I also requested property inspections every 6 months. After 9 months with no inspection, I had to follow up myself, which is what finally triggered them to schedule one. The inspection photos were very poor quality and not useful for eval... read more

The HRG-KC seems extremely busy or in short staff to take phone calls from clients~ which made me wonder how they will handle both home owner/tenant’s urgent need in time. Just a red flag for my own information: -Previous scheduled appointments were postponed several times with a short notice; -Did not make it to a recent scheduled appointment without any notifications; -Had NEVER replied a single phone call as a follow up to my inquiries. The absolute worse company to have manage a property. Illegally adding charges to rent for services you dont pay for. Will absolutely not repair anything. Leak in hot water tank. Shut off water for two weeks. Promised repairs, took off a combined 10 days nobody showed up to do work. Portal for concerns complete bullshit. Absolutely run if they are the leasing company.
