Torrine Hunter is hands down the best leasing agent out there. As an out of state investor with over 45 doors in KC area she is an invaluable member of my team. She is dedicated, responsive & quick to get the job done. I had struggles with another PM, switched to her had all my properties leased in a few weeks. All this in the middle of winter. The absolute worse company to have manage a property. Illegally adding charges to rent for services you dont pay for. Will absolutely not repair anything. Leak in hot water tank. Shut off water for two weeks. Promised repairs, took off a combined 10 days nobody showed up to do work. Portal for concerns complete bullshit. Absolutely run if they are the leasing company. Torrine was so helpful in the entire process I couldn't thank her enough both her and Isah as well as Lottie I did work with Torrine the most as she was very transparent and made the whole process seamless. If it wasn't for her I would not be moving into my new house a better neighbor for my kids better schooling, the process for me was life changing if I could give her 1,000,000 stars I would she is the best I highly recommend this company.

First let me say- this was thee most pleasant and beautiful interaction I've ever had with a realtor. She was prompt, well spoken and just a dream to deal with. Her attitude was patient and consoling, even when mine wasn't. Whoever hired her definitely hit the lottery... Good job Ms. Hunter

WORST RENTAL PLACE EVER! I thought my last management company was bad, but nobody tops Home River Group. We signed a lease and move into a home that home river had on the market. It was very clear that when we moved in that the house was not cleaned, repaired, or anything for that matter. When my wife and I moved in there were bugs all in the carpet, hair all over from the last previous tenants, and damage all over the house to walls, doors, latches, and too many more to count.
