I was planning on staying in the rental for 4 months, but I got out of the lease after 1. The listing pictures were out of date which left me disappointed about the condition of the pool and back yard. The WORST property management in town. I was formerly and briefly employed by this company and it was hell hole then and has only become worse. The office is never open and it wouldn’t matter even if it was because there is a locked gate blocking entrance to the door. The phones are always off and you can never speak with anyone. If you do talk to somebody, it will not be your property manager, and will most likely not be someone from the United States. Every “service” they offer is outsourced. Having a property manager like Shanna reliefs a lot of stress that can come with renting.
