My wife and I applied for a rental located at 2910 Swirl drive in Havasu City. Didn't get qualified with a 700 and 590 credit scores. They took our money 110 for our application and gave us no answers. The $1600 house we were interested in had been available for 4 months and we got denied we make $5000/ month.. they just take your money scam
I was planning on staying in the rental for 4 months, but I got out of the lease after 1. The listing pictures were out of date which left me disappointed about the condition of the pool and back yard. The owners left their things in the closets and drawers, things like half used shampoo in the bathroom. The dryer and range didn’t work the entire time I was there.
