I want to give a really “BIG” shout out to Shanna at HomeRiver Group for her “EXCEPTIONAL” assistance setting up a rental for me!!! I applied for the apt on a Friday & she went above & beyond by texting me back throughout the long holiday weekend on her days off work to help me!!! “Hats off to you Shanna - You’re the Best!!!”
We were very happy with Shanna Jorgensen at Home River Group in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She has great communication skills and did everything in her ability to help my family find a home to lease. We were in a time crunch and desperate to find a place to land. She is an excellent agent and always available when needed. I would recommend her to anyone.

This rental company live up to all its responsibilities in a very timely manner. If repairs were needed, I never had to wait longer than a day. I cant say enough about my manager, Betty Tannery. She was always available to answer questions regarding my apartment rental. I’m new to leases and when I needed an answer all I had to do was all, email or message her.
