The response to a maintenance request is very quick and simple, but depending on what they are repairing it could take awhile. My last experience which started in November was addressed but was not resolved. They closed in a carport but didn’t secure the lower part of the home. Every time it rains the front porch floods causing water to come in, and this has caused damage to my property, mold, water underneath the tile, and a horrible smell. My experience was terrible. I probably spoke with my property manager 2-3× in a 7yr period. Sarah never answered calls nor emails and customer service is a joke. All they do is refer you to the property manager. I reached out regarding my refund check, because it was incorrect. I paid ahead and it appears they charged me 2k when my rent was $1,100. How can you charge your tenant 2k for July and my rent was $1100 ? I moved out August 1st and the portal never said I was past due the ENTIRE month of JULY, no eviction or anythi... read more

Searching for a new home can be stressful , However, when we applied for a property with Homeriver group the process has been so smooth . Working with Lavern and Taylor Soltez has taken away any stress or concerns I’ve had about the moving process. They have both been attentive, kind , and provided great customer service which honestly you don’t get often when renting . But I truly appreciate them and Home river group for their service .
