The response to a maintenance request is very quick and simple, but depending on what they are repairing it could take awhile. My last experience which started in November was addressed but was not resolved. They closed in a carport but didn’t secure the lower part of the home. Every time it rains the front porch floods causing water to come in, and this has caused damage to my property, mold, water underneath the tile, and a horrible smell. From the moment I view the property to me filling out my application, Taylor my agent has been on point and very helpful. She listened and actually heard what I said and knew exactly what I needed. James was very helpful in getting me the information needed for an apartment viewing I had requested. He made sure to verify my identity, which is assuring as a possible renter of a space occupied by other people. He provided the links and information needed to make my viewing and application easy!
Home River is very efficient when it comes to problems in a rental property. I am very pleased as a tenant with them and I wouldn’t refer anyone I know to rent from anyone else. They gave me a chance to rent when no one else would. I love Home River keep up the good work.
I applied for a home and was told after the fact it’s not available there is a pending application ahead of me ..I chat with someone they say it’s taken . I call and speak to Tammy I was told she will look into it and let me know . The Home is still on the site as well so a lot of confusion . I asked for an application refund due to the circumstances and was being talked over and provided no solution other than to see what else is available. I am no longer interested in what’s available due to false website advertising !
