We have been leasing a home through HomeRiver Group Missoula for three months with Theresa as our property manager. We have had a slow draining sink since we moved in that progressed to more of a clog. Chase from the HomeRiver Group maintenance team came to fix it today and I cannot give him enough praise. Went to look at a property for rent (2327 55th st) my wife and I noticed mouse droppings, paint flects all over everything due to an unprofessional paint job and last but certainly not least the wall panel in the shower has water damage. It was literally popping off the wall where the bath is located. Since they have taken over the property 707 SW Higgins Ave, things have gone drastically down hill. First the property manager Chelsea accused me of damaging a new washer by taking less than 2 min to watch a low res security camera, my wife had to go down to the office and show video from my doorbell showing my shaved face. Today Chase came to my apartment for some maintenance on a ceiling vent in the bathroom. He was very friendly and polite when coming in and when he went to clean the fan he ended up finding problems with my dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was very efficient at fixing both problems and really nice about all of it. I was glad he was able to spend a lot longer here than he had expected to make sure everything was in good shape!
