Theresa with HomeRiver Group is just so amazing. I have had a handful of issues pop up completely out of HomeRiver's control, and Theresa has always been so communicative and understanding when it comes to getting things taken care of. She never makes me feel like I'm bothering her when I check in about the status of things, and she has been so helpful in addressing any questions or concerns I have regarding, maintenance, rent, adding pets, you name it! I had a plumbing leak in my apartment, and I called Theresa my property manager here in Missoula. She responded very fast, to get Rusty the property maintenance person to come out and fix the leak and to vacuum up the water. They both did a very good job to fix the problem so the water was off for only a few hours.

This company and it's staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. Chelsea Becker is our liason and has been amazing to work with. She's helped us numerous times through various hurdles, and has always been friendly, prompt, and professional. They're lucky to have her on their team! We're always glad to work with her.

Chelsea has been great to work with my friend in every way! Great communication, helping throughout the whole process and working with Missoula Housing Authority so he was able to complete each step of the process! Really excellent and professional-- a good experience in a stressful time to find a quiet place to live in a competitive environment!
