Champagne was very helpful to me and answered all my questions. four stars Rather than five stars because your accent was a little hard to understand. Otherwise, she was knowledgeable and gave me the right answers for the questions I asked

The 5 stars are all for CHAMPAGNE, the first human I was able to speak with after trying to contact Home River about a property via online forms and emails that were either returned undeliverable or received no response over the last week, nearly two. She was kind and helpful and did the most she could possibly do to have a local agent reach out to me. The local agent wasn’t unavailable (It is after business hours here, 7pm- so understandable.) I called for information on a property and received Champagne as the representative. She was incredibly informative and professional. I sincerely appreciate all the help she provided. Just after our short interaction I am pleased with the company and would ask for her by name if possible in the future!

Alyssa has been absolutely exceptional in her communication and delivery. I was initially assigned to another PM and wasn’t going too well with communication etc but Alyssa stepped and changed the game. We had some minor events where some of the vendors have not been up to standard but she went out of her way to make sure everything has been tip-top. She has been proactive, responsive and has led us to a point where we are finally good to list! She is just awesome… Certainly an asset to Home River!!

My dealings with Kristin Mueller have been nothing short of fantastic. Excellent customer service .. kind, friendly, knowledgeable and always quick to respond. Highly recommend!!
