Great experience, I highly recommend Michele Pineda, because is an excellent professional, punctual, kind, willing to answer questions, very attentive to listening to her clients' needs, always suggesting but respectful of what you want. She is always attentive and finds solutions to work with everyone. She also speaks Spanish and is a great support for her clients. I would not hesitate to call her again and recommend her to friends and family.
I'm grateful for the support provided by HomeRiver Group Ocala management in transforming my properties and addressing a challenging tenant situation. Special thanks to Michele Pineda for her proactive approach, ensuring a seamless move-out without resorting to eviction proceedings. I had Homeriver manage two of my properties in Ocala Florida. The two tenants they put in both properties totally trashed the properties. I had to spend over $10,000 on each home to get it fixed up. I would definitely not recommend using Home River for your property management services.
I can’t speak for everyone who works here but I can speak about the service that Ryan Hicks provides, or the lack there of. At first he seemed nice and willing to help. But I stressed my urgency to find a place to rent in a short time, as I’ll be starting a new job in Ocala and it seemed as though he did not care. Took his sweet time, sometimes never even returning my calls.
