This company is an absolute joke. They are liars and fraudulent. They send you notices that will arrive days before the effective date but the charge for the notice is applied to your account the day the letter is sent out, not the effective date. Don't expect to speak to anyone higher than a pee-on. If you call to make a payment arrangement, expect to receive a 3 day pay or vacate notice (which will arrive by mail prior to the effective date but applied the day the letter was sent out, as stated above. Finding this company has been a true blessing for me! When my professional situation changed, my living arrangements did as well. And with an hour and a half distance, it was stressful trying to manage this property on my own. So, I hired HomeRiver and they have been wonderful to work with so far. Stephanie has been fantastic! AND my housed rented out very quick. Sometimes life is tough, so it's great when you find a resource to lighten the load. Thank you, team!

I called twice and same day and the first guy just took down my information and was going to give it to the property manager, which never contacted me back When I talk to champagne, the second time, she answered all of my questions or sent me information to read to clarify everything. She did a wonderful job thank you very
