If I could do 0 stars I would. Please do not rent or ever do business with this company. This company upon move out took my whole deposit & charged me an additional $1,000 for absurd fees. Many people who have rented from them have made similar reviews on reddit, google & other review sites. This company is shady, unfriendly, & a scam. I rented 1 year from them & had to leave because of so many issues with their home they rent out. They do not reply to tenants & do not care about fixing the home. Avoid this company at all costs. Living hell being a tenant with home river group.
DO NOT RENT FOR THEM!!!! Do not rent from these people. It takes days and even sometimes weeks to get a response from them when you need something fixed. They will charge you for everything even over charge for filters. These people are not user friendly, nor friendly at all. When my roof was leaking, they brought people into my home to work on to fix the roof. The people they hired to come fix my roof, went through all my personal stuff.
