I hate to write negative reviews, but I had problems from day one with this company. I bought a multifamily property and it needed some minor rehab and in fact, their sales team JP Reese was very nice where he didn't oversell and that's the reason why i went ahead with this company. Horrible company to deal with. I showed myself the property because they gave me access to the townhouse which was fine but when I had questions they were never answered and instead I was sent the rental agreement. Because the property would have been so convenient for me, I decided to start the application process even though I still had unanswered concerns. If I could select zero stars, I would. First, there's a shady $50 monthly charge for a "Resident Benefit Package" which has no benefits for me. The only possible benefit is renter's insurance, and I have my own for a whole year for just a little more than this bogus $50 charge. It's embedded in the lease and you can't avoid it. Secondly, submitting a repair request may or may not get the issue fixed. I've submitted requests for minor issues (like a cracked toilet seat), and never got repaired. Jashaun helped me quickly and efficiently during my beginning steps of getting into a rental home. He was professional and informative with his answers. If he dis not have the answer at hand, he made sure to get the correct answer and in a timely manner.
