Hilig was super helpful, efficient and informative when I called. The call took less than 2 minutes for her to solve my problem. And she was super nice and sweet! Looking forward to speaking with her again shall the need arise!
Hilig did a very good job figuring out why I wasn’t able to pay my rent online and got it corrected really fast. She made sure to stay on the phone with me until it was paid and she got a confirmation to give me peace of mind. She also was very helpful at making sure that I received an email confirmation of today’s transaction that stated Home River Group received the payment. Erin Nebeker is the absolute greatest! She jumped right in and did absolutely everything we asked and left no question unanswered. She even took the time out to check back in with us to ensure we had been taken care of. She is nothing short of amazing and we appreciate her and I hope HomeRiver Group takes the time out to acknowledge her hard work.
If I could give them negative stars I would. First in the five years that we lived there we had multiple properties managers. Resulting in it taken multiple attempts to reach the right person and get resolution. Their staff is either super friendly or down right awful. The good ones don’t stay long. Make sure you save all your emails because you will need the proof. In the time that we lived there we had multiple issues. It could take up to a month to get things fixed. Andrea was helpful with my issue. We just moved in on July 25th and I woke up this morning with an email that we owed and rent was due on the first. Obviously since we moved in this was not correct and have no idea why it would send this as we paid pro rated rent, first months rent and a deposit and shouldn't owe anything til September. Andrea was professional and assured me it was a mistake. I appreciated her help and hope in the future I will not be receiving mistaken balance warnings such as this.
