The Good: The apartment itself is fine. Larger than my last place, closer to work, and the application process was efficient. If you're looking at square footage and location, it checks boxes. The Reality: Everything that worked great before the lease was signed stopped working the moment I moved in. I've been trying to get a mailbox key for weeks. No response from my property manager. Home River took over our rental property from a pervious manager and they have been the best rental company I've had so far. They are responsive, timely, and have an easy to use website. I am in the process of moving out, and their representative Vincey has made the process very easy for me.
These 5 stars are for Santos who has helped us for maintenance issues we've had for our unit. Santos is the best! He's very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, timely, does a clean job, very good at his work, and friendly! He's a swell of a guy! Make sure to promote him and give him a well deserved raise! He definitely deserves it!
Property manager Davina Stoneham/Brian provides excellent managing service to my townhouse. Very smooth transition right after purchase of my townhouse such as inspecting the condition, providing repair estimate, doing repairs professionally at reasonable cost and then finding tenants quickly. Davina always make sure that my property is in good condition for tenant to live in. All-in-one service!!!
