The Good: The apartment itself is fine. Larger than my last place, closer to work, and the application process was efficient. If you're looking at square footage and location, it checks boxes. The Reality: Everything that worked great before the lease was signed stopped working the moment I moved in. I've been trying to get a mailbox key for weeks. No response from my property manager. I was already late in paying due to these facts and she just made my day even better by listening to my problems. 🙏

Home River took over our rental property from a pervious manager and they have been the best rental company I've had so far. They are responsive, timely, and have an easy to use website. I am in the process of moving out, and their representative Vincey has made the process very easy for me.
These 5 stars are for Santos who has helped us for maintenance issues we've had for our unit. Santos is the best! He's very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, timely, does a clean job, very good at his work, and friendly! He's a swell of a guy! Make sure to promote him and give him a well deserved raise! He definitely deserves it!
