DO NOT RENT FROM HRG OR LET THEM HANDLE YOUR PROPERTY! From day one, I’ve been nothing more than an address to these people. The house has a six inch slope in the foundation that was never disclosed to me. The maintenance department sends random, very questionable vendors to my house and will get several bids before they agree to do any work on the home. INHUMANE CONDITIONS & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Our AC has been broken for FOUR DAYS in over 92° heat, and not one person has responded. There is no phone number to call, no emergency maintenance line, and absolutely NO support for tenants dealing with dangerous, unlivable conditions.
