DO NOT RENT FROM HRG OR LET THEM HANDLE YOUR PROPERTY! From day one, I’ve been nothing more than an address to these people. The house has a six inch slope in the foundation that was never disclosed to me. The maintenance department sends random, very questionable vendors to my house and will get several bids before they agree to do any work on the home. The renewals department mismanages your account when you renew. They are extremely challenging to get a hold of by phone, text or email and when you call, you speak to some ... read more
DO NOT RENT here. The location is false ive asked about going in person to resolve my issue with this property management . I was told there is no physical location. My Issue is similar to the other reviews. Ive been removed from my utilities as a Tenant move out as a mistake from property management and been charge every month for 5 months paying utilities charges to property management AND SAWS and CPS Directly. They have not been forwarding my payments to CPS &Saws account, keeping my funds. Ive reach out to SAWS and CPS ... read more
At first my experience with Home River group was great. They were on time with maintenance requests, they provided transparency with the home and announcements. Even though I did not like the rent increase last year, I at least received prompt notice with justification on the increase. Fast forward to this year. Rent is increase again without notice or justification. My old property manager was replaced, and I never was informed.
