My 70+ parents have been living in one of there homes for a little more than a year. They have continued issues with their AC unit during the summer and after 2 weeks in July in San Antonio their AC still is not working. Several tickets, excuses, emergency tickets were no one shows etc. and my parents are still expected to pay full rent for a house that lowers down at night to 87 degrees??????
