I want to highly recommend Richelle Swinkels for her excellent job as property manager for our two properties. The agency that we started with over 10 years ago have been bought out many times and Richelle has been our best agent by communicating well with prompt and courteous service.
Madison Real Estate and Property Management gets my highest complements! Not only are they a great management company, but they helped show me how to grow and expand my rental portfolio and by extension, my income. Only one way to avoid the horrible experience with this company. Skip them (I wish I had)! This company is like a gigantic hand made of broken pinkies whose only concept of 'handness' is to close into a fist. They made simple things impossible and were a callous megacorp at every step. The reason for the 1 star? The straw that broke me? The last month we lived there we were last day out on the 10th so our prorated ammount of due rent was whatever 5-6hundred bucks ish.
