You never get an answer with definition or clarity only it will happen soon or it may take a while. American Business Bureaus operate with due dates and deadlines for efficiency for the client and consumer. Home River group operates in NONE of those qualities but rather leaves you in waiting for almost a month or longer. In that timeframe you have to battle all the way to the top to get some sort of due date which is HORRIBLE business practices. Madison Real Estate and Property Management gets my highest complements! Communication with property management is horrible. Communication in general has been challenging to say the least. The only thing I had a good experience with was with maintenance. Although these were usually separate companies they were all great at communication, and did great work. My property manager hardly responded to my emails or phone calls, and when or if I was able to get a hold of her she was always rude.
The Lady I spoke with today her name is Hilig. Did a great job handling the computer mistake and sending us a voulcher to pay rent. Thank you so much she was quick.
