I have had the worst experience of my life with this company. First, they offered a house for rent that was not in condition to be rented, even though they allowed us to do all the paperwork and pay the deposit and part of the rent, they never showed us the property, when we went to see it on our own after having paid everything we realized that the house was in bad condition, I called them and they told me not to worry that the house would be ready by the agreed date. ⭐ 0Star — Absolutely Disgusting Company This is the most foul, dishonest, and negligent company I’ve ever dealt with. Do your research — do not rent from or do business with HomeRiver Group , whether you’re a renter or a homeowner. Within just one year, my rental was officially deemed uninhabitable by Code Enforcement after more than 35+ maintenance requests for recurring problems that were never properly fixed. The representative Jeremiah was superb! I had a few issues that were pressing since my move-in date was within 24 hrs., and I was concerned about getting last minute things completed. Jeremiah was calm, courteous and patient throughout the entire process. He demonstrated excellent customer service! All of my questions were answered and he restored my peace about my move. He is a "gem" that needs to be kept on the team!
Melissia Ruiz is a great property manager. She found reliable tenants for our home quickly and handled everything professionally. She always answered my questions promptly and made sure every detail was taken care of. I felt confident knowing our property was in good hands. Highly recommend her services!
Not sure how to word my experience with this company as not able to find the right words for this company. Horrible, bad, pathetic are not enough. They did everything they could to frustrate the homeowner in every possible way. Holding on to the rent, not picking up calls or responding in a timely manner, finding service providers or vendors to fix the issue, ensuring that the property is maintained properly by the tenants to name a few.
