My experience with HomeRiver Group has been great. Everything has been handled professionally and on time. My leasing agent Stacy was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. I really appreciate how smooth the whole process has been.
The representative Jeremiah was superb! I had a few issues that were pressing since my move-in date was within 24 hrs., and I was concerned about getting last minute things completed. Jeremiah was calm, courteous and patient throughout the entire process. He demonstrated excellent customer service! All of my questions were answered and he restored my peace about my move. He is a "gem" that needs to be kept on the team!

Genesis Rivero has done a great job in managing my townhouse rental in Temple Terrace. She has kept me informed on the tenant's actions at the property in enforcing the lease requirements according to the services promised this includes collection of the rent payment, supervision of the condo's maintenance issues, and enforcing the legal guidelines in the administration of the lease and I recommend Genesis Rivero to manage the rental lease for any future investor.
