I have had the worst experience of my life with this company. First, they offered a house for rent that was not in condition to be rented, even though they allowed us to do all the paperwork and pay the deposit and part of the rent, they never showed us the property, when we went to see it on our own after having paid everything we realized that the house was in bad condition, I called them and they told me not to worry that the house would be ready by the agreed date. Don't apply, stay away! Our family fell in love with a property, and it is advertised as having free application and free first month rent. After we were approved, we found out the security deposit is $5,000 which is equal to 2 months rent. So we've asked a lawyer to review the lease and our lawyer said to not go any further with this company. Also, the application is only free after you move in, so we've lost $150. The tech Chris was great. He clarified the facts that the brand new unit. Was actually installed in 2013. However. He did recommend that my unit be replaced. Because it was not new as they stated. And it was actually 12 years old. And the owner refused. Even though I wake up every night sweating. Which also recommended that they moved the thermostat for a more accurate reading.
