Stacy was very helpful from beginning to end of assisting me with how to go about leasing process. She was there evry step of the way answering any questions i had and reassuring. Thanks to her , paper work and other moving hassles were done by very smoothly.

My experience with HomeRiver Group has been great. Everything has been handled professionally and on time. My leasing agent Stacy was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. I really appreciate how smooth the whole process has been.
The representative Jeremiah was superb! I had a few issues that were pressing since my move-in date was within 24 hrs., and I was concerned about getting last minute things completed. Jeremiah was calm, courteous and patient throughout the entire process. He demonstrated excellent customer service! All of my questions were answered and he restored my peace about my move. He is a "gem" that needs to be kept on the team!
Not sure how to word my experience with this company as not able to find the right words for this company. Horrible, bad, pathetic are not enough. They did everything they could to frustrate the homeowner in every possible way. Holding on to the rent, not picking up calls or responding in a timely manner, finding service providers or vendors to fix the issue, ensuring that the property is maintained properly by the tenants to name a few.
