EDIT 8/30/24- Linda White sent an email to homeowners and did not take personal responsibility for her lack of attention to detail. She in fact blamed homeowners for not knowing or reading the declarations. When asked why we are only allowed to do floor nominations, she then said to read the Declarations. No where in our declaration does is state how to nominate for the Board. I have added the proof. Still waiting on that phone call. This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. I genuinely don’t know where to begin. Home River Group Tampa is extremely unprofessional and shows very little respect or care for their tenants. Communication was a constant struggle—they couldn’t compose a properly written sentence in their emails, let alone maintain any tone of professionalism.
