EDIT 8/30/24- Linda White sent an email to homeowners and did not take personal responsibility for her lack of attention to detail. She in fact blamed homeowners for not knowing or reading the declarations. When asked why we are only allowed to do floor nominations, she then said to read the Declarations. No where in our declaration does is state how to nominate for the Board. I have added the proof. Still waiting on that phone call. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. 2 weeks now living in Florida with the AC not cooling the house. 3 vendors sent out to be told the duct work needs replaced. The owner does not want to replace it. Temperatures in the home have reached 89. This is not a habitable living condition in Florida. One vendor refused to do the work unless the owner replaced the duct work. So we got a new vendor assigned to come and clean the coils even though that is not the problem and never once was mentioned needing to be done. We h... read more

Beware of This HOA – Unprofessional and Abusive Practices If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this HOA has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of communication, disorganization, and reliance on aggressive legal action rather than proper management have made homeownership here unnecessarily stressful. Called to call and learn more about a listing. It took me a while to get through the menus to an actual person. When I finally did reach someone, it routed me to a call center where the "agent" was not allowed to answer any questions about the posting unless it related to applying. The rep said I would need to tour the home first before they could answer any questions about fees, what is covered as part of rent, accepted rent payment methods, and if they would allow for pets. The home isn't even open for a tour for another ... read more
