I have had the worst experience of my life with this company. First, they offered a house for rent that was not in condition to be rented, even though they allowed us to do all the paperwork and pay the deposit and part of the rent, they never showed us the property, when we went to see it on our own after having paid everything we realized that the house was in bad condition, I called them and they told me not to worry that the house would be ready by the agreed date. The tech Chris was great. He clarified the facts that the brand new unit. Was actually installed in 2013. However. He did recommend that my unit be replaced. Because it was not new as they stated. And it was actually 12 years old. And the owner refused. Even though I wake up every night sweating. Which also recommended that they moved the thermostat for a more accurate reading. This company has consistently failed to handle maintenance issues with any level of competence. Our most recent issue—a tub leak that spread into the dining room—was met with two vendor no-shows and no meaningful follow-up. We couldn’t even use the main shower. Unfortunately, it’s not the first time. A prior leak issue dragged on for six months before they finally fixed it.
