Our experience with HomeRiver Group over approximately one year was very disappointing. Throughout the entire time, there were no property inspections conducted to ensure that the tenants were properly maintaining the home. Communication was also a consistent issue. Emails often went unanswered for several days, and phone calls were rarely picked up, requiring us to leave messages without timely follow-up. HomeRiver Group Tampa Property Management was exceptional. The quality of care and the communication through out the entire process was seamless. Moving is a hassle no matter what and they made the experience a better. If you are looking for exceptional service and quality results these people are top notch! I would also like to say that Stacy M my leasing agent was spectacular and worked with me each and every step of the way. She was professional and compassionate with my needs!
Stacy was very professional, on the ball, and helped me turn over my property quickly and smoothly. I have now been with this property management company for three leases and I truly don’t have any complaints. There is always somebody I am able to be in contact with regarding any matter I have, whether I need to use the portal or I need to call them directly. They are easy to work with, and it is nice to actually be dealing with people and not just a computer if we were to ever move from our current unit, we would love to still work with this property management again.
I have been renting my home with Home River Group now for about a year and I couldn't be more disappointed. This company has probably the WORST communication I have ever dealt with with a property management company. The lack of urgency in emergency situations is astronomical. I can't began to tell you how many times I have had to call the "resident coordinators" to discuss a problem I was having with my lease or other issues that we're left ignored, unresolved, and had no sense of urgency.
