***RENTERS BEWARE ROACH INFESTATION*** I don’t feel Home River Group cares about their customers as long as they get their money. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT MY FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH. I moved into one of their properties on 8/1/2025 and discovered the unit is infested with roaches. I had issues with my self tour…but Champagne she was a sweet lady. She helped me and was very clear with instructions. She patiently waited until i was able to unlock the house for my tour. She was a kind and helpful lady.
First time experiencing leasing through a fully online company/ process Mr. Nelson through findigs was extremely helpful and very informative with speedy responses I never felt as if I couldn’t get in touch with someone whenever I needed something answered. All in all the entire process was stress-free and very convenient for all working situations.
I have had a wonderful experience getting my approval and lease signed with HomeRiver group. Abigail was very helpful and we were able to get our lease changed with ease!
