***RENTERS BEWARE ROACH INFESTATION*** I don’t feel Home River Group cares about their customers as long as they get their money. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT MY FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH. I moved into one of their properties on 8/1/2025 and discovered the unit is infested with roaches. JOSE BALUYOT has been extremely HELPFUL, PATIENT & KIND to me. And STILL HELPING. I am a seasoned SENIOR (82 yo) yet Jose was always respectful & thoughtful with his responses to me - even when I wasn’t. Sharon is very efficient & goes the extra mile to do her job. Among other things, she got several quotes for me for a work that needs to be done. She responds promptly to inquiries & addresses any issues I might have. Wish all property managers are like her..
I received a notification that my viewing had been canceled the day before the tour. I called and spoke with Champagne. She was extremely helpful over the phone. We are bummed we missed out on the property, especially with such last minute notice.
The team at HomeRiver does a great job managing my rental. Olympia and Jonathan recently, it will be difficult tenant transition with great results.
