***RENTERS BEWARE ROACH INFESTATION*** I don’t feel Home River Group cares about their customers as long as they get their money. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT MY FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH. I moved into one of their properties on 8/1/2025 and discovered the unit is infested with roaches. JOSE BALUYOT has been extremely HELPFUL, PATIENT & KIND to me. And STILL HELPING. I am a seasoned SENIOR (82 yo) yet Jose was always respectful & thoughtful with his responses to me - even when I wasn’t.
