***RENTERS BEWARE ROACH INFESTATION*** I don’t feel Home River Group cares about their customers as long as they get their money. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT MY FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH. I moved into one of their properties on 8/1/2025 and discovered the unit is infested with roaches. I immediately contacted maintenance and received no reply. The roaches are everywhere and the worst THEY ARE IN THE REFRIGERATOR, FREEZER, AND OVEN. I had issues with my self tour…but Champagne she was a sweet lady. She helped me and was very clear with instructions. She patiently waited until i was able to unlock the house for my tour. She was a kind and helpful lady.
Everything has been very easy with leasing a property, and everyone has been super helpful and on top of things. We had Nelson and Lottie help us, and the process was very smooth.
