My experience was excellent, starting with accessing the key to view the property, which was new and challenging but we got it lol. The walk through of the property was amazing, each and every room was spacious and just the amount needed for my family. The yard area space is great and will be well maintained. As someone with almost 1million views I hope this stings! I had a viewing scheduled for a 11 am tour. I was traveling already from burlington about 20 minutes on the highway. I got a text message at saying that my tour was canceled! Why even let me book a tour if anything is even pending at all? This is bad business! Wasted my time and my gas! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all.
Peter was very patient and thorough with answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the charges applied to my account and fees in the future that may incur as well if any. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to handle more complex calls for callers as his attitude and self controls displays leadership, compassion and professionalism . I’ve had the pleasure of working with the best property manager, KIM CALDWELL! She always respond quickly, taking responsibility for every action item and seeing it through to completion. What truly sets her apart is her creativity in finding effective solutions for tenant issues. On top of that, she is consistently polite and professional, making every interaction a positive one. If you’re looking for a reliable and proactive property manager, I can’t recommend her highly enough!
This is the WORST property management group. I moved out of my property April 31st. I have not received my deposit back, and I left the property in excellent condition. I have photos and videos. Communication is almost nonexistent. No one answers calls, goes straight to VM, emails are frequently ignored, and not responded to. I was told that there is no physical address or mailing address to serve legal paperwork. I mean, it's truly ridiculous that this is how business is allowed to be conducted.
