NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They aren't responsive, they don't respond to messages, calls. Even higher management doesn't respond. If you want a company that cares about tenants, this one isn't it. It's been nothing but awful experiences for the last year. I want to save people for having to go through what we went through. They only respond when it benefits them. I highly would recommend using someone else for property management.
The representative JP was very helpful thanks so much! I had such a great experience thanks to the representative who helped me. They were patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely listens and takes the time to help, but they did just that. I really appreciate their kindness and knowledge—it made the process so much smoother.
So I'm excited, I just rented a house and am getting ready to move in. Home River Group has made it easy. My leasing agent, Torrine, and my Underwriter Abigail did an amazing job. There was a minor issue with the contract, and it was corrected very quickly. Very knowledgeable, very helpful.
I give Samantha Ford who works for this company five stars ONLY. She is AMAZING AND EFFICIENT. They give you a 12 hour window to get your keys or code vanishes and then you are stuck speaking to people who don’t understand English very well and who you cannot understand because the accent is so very thick……so leasing from out of state was a nightmare…. literally had to get someone in this town to go by so when we arrived with movers, , in the late evening, we would be able to get in ….::but the gate code would not work and ... read more
