This review is for Bryce Blackburn. Bryce has been our representative from Home River Group and we were so lucky to have him. He advocated for us to the landlord when we needed his support and it truly meant so much to us. Bryce, thank you so much for your help and it’s been a pleasure working with you.
Property management?? More like property mismanagement!! What a horribly incompetent company that provides the lowest of services. We have had several properties with this company and had them completely trashed with no accountability from the company. We’ve also had our properties sit vacant for months. Do not… and I mean DO NOT trust this company with your properties!!!
Awful management company that works for awful landlords. If you take nothing away from this review just make sure to know your rights as a renter. They took over the legal amount of time to return my security deposit and because I didn't know my rights it has potentially complicated things for me in trying to recoup the cost they took out for bogus cleaning charges. My apartment has been managed by HomeRiver Group and having Bryce Blackburn as my resident coordinator has been such a positive experience. He’s very consistent and fast with communication regarding apartment showings, maintenance updates, and more. He has always made me feel welcome as a resident and I couldn’t be more thankful!
This management company is absolutely terrible. We can't ever get ahold of our assigned property manager. the company is outsourced and has awful internal communication. we are reassigned new property managers and no one notifies us. the payments system is terrible and the fees they tack on add up quickly. *response below is inaccurate, we have been in contact with this company about many things with no returned communication.
