My first visit to Dr. Wilkin was great. From the minute you walked in the door everyone was so helpful. You felt at ease. The nurse that examined me at first was so nice and I felt comfortable. Her name was Diane and she was so kind and helpful. Dr. Wilkins gave me a lot of info about my eyes and possible cataract surgery. Cataract surgery was great. Very painless and went smoothly. Dr Wilkin was very thorough with answering my questions. I strongly recommend using the single eye drops you can purchase at the office. So happy to see and only needing readers!
Many in our community have had Dr Wilkins do their cataract surgery and were pleased with their service. The evaluation was very thorough with the latest equipment. It was easy to book all the necessary appointments, all inclusive with the surgeries. Dr Wilkins explained the choices about the lens to be replaced. He is professional and does outstanding work. Completely explained the procedure putting me at ease. The procedure was as explained and completely painless. Best of all, the results were better vision than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Wilkin.
Dr Wilken and staff were awesome. The medical assistant that did my eye tests and dilated my eyes was exceptional but I don't remember her name. The only negative was, my appointment time was for 9:00am and I didn't see Dr Wilken until 10:45 because they were running behind. I guess this is typical for Dr's offices.
