This was a very professional experience. I came in for a my yearly diabetic exam. The wait time was awesome, and every one was friendly. The staff and Dr. Panda answered all of my questions. Ms. Vicky ordered my glasses for me before I left and she was also very friendly and made suggestions for me what would be best options for my situation. Thank you.
I would highly recommend Dr Panda very knowledgeable and very patiently answers all our questions. He never rushed in any appointments made sure we understand well and the staff are all well trained. Post surgery all instructions were explained well which helped in speedy recovery .
I love the entire staff. All are very professional and care about their patients. I cannot say enough about Dr. Panda and how well he has taken care of me through my first surgery. From the nurses, to each member of his staff, I knew that I was in the hands God wanted me to be. I will embark on my second eye surgery on Tuesday and know that I am in the same wonderful care.
Great doctors. Compassionate and caring. Everyone friendly at the front desk. Always greeted with a smile. The only complaint is when I call the clinic, no one ever pick up. You get an automated suggestion to leave a message and someone will call you back. Never happens. I've called 3 different times. Never get a pickup. When I left my message, NO CALL BACK. Because of that issue, I was ready to go to another clinic.
I had a pair of glasses I got from Marietta Eye Clinic many years ago. The nose pad came off and they were un wearable. I wasn't sure they could be fixes they were so old. Ms. Vickie Lee came to my rescue. She took my glasses to the back and returned a few minutes later. They were good as new. Ms. Lee was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate her help. Cliff in Dallas
