Great doctors. Compassionate and caring. Everyone friendly at the front desk. Always greeted with a smile. The only complaint is when I call the clinic, no one ever pick up. You get an automated suggestion to leave a message and someone will call you back. Never happens. I've called 3 different times. Never get a pickup. When I left my message, NO CALL BACK. Because of that issue, I was ready to go to another clinic.
I had a pair of glasses I got from Marietta Eye Clinic many years ago. The nose pad came off and they were un wearable. I wasn't sure they could be fixes they were so old. Ms. Vickie Lee came to my rescue. She took my glasses to the back and returned a few minutes later. They were good as new. Ms. Lee was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate her help. Cliff in Dallas
Everyone from the front desk to exam room were wonderful. I was not kept waiting past my appointment time, everyone was efficient and professional. I am so happy I made the move last year to Marietta Eye Clinic, and the Hiram office.
The staff is professional and courteous. The doctor is knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions and concerns. Since my eyes have not changed since my last check up, they didn't try to sell me new glasses that I didn't need. I would whole heartedly recommend them.
As usual, the service was top notch. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The doctor and the support staff were all very professional and through. I give you five stars.
