Optical team member, Kim H, at Marietta Eye Clinic East Cobb, should be Employee of the Year. She is patient, supportive, and detail oriented. I am really grateful for the time she spent with me to help me find the right glasses, from the frames to the lenses, to ensure the right fit. Thankful for her care and commitment to an optical experience that is the best ever. Now, I only want to go to Kim when I need my glasses adjusted or a new pair.
It was my first time coming to their office, and unfortunately it was due to an pain in my eye. Both the staff and the doctor did a great job at walking me through everything that was being done. From check-in to check-out, this place is efficiently run. They did extensive tests. Dr. Ho reviewed all results and explained the things to watch going forward. I'm very happy with this practice and with Dr. Ho. Definitely recommend both.
Dr McNeely is always pleasant and professional. After my visit with her I saw Jodi Schwartz in Optical services who adjusted my glasses for a better fit. She too is very helpful and professional.
Urgent appt for my husband while we were out of town. Very happy with everyone involved with making this happen. Everyone was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We agree with all the positive reviews.
