My previous experiences with ophthalmologists usually involved 30 minutes of uncomfortable investigation followed by a dry account of my ocular health. What a pleasant surprise to find Dr. Masoudi and her extern. The extern who ran the tests was courteous, friendly and gentle. That was followed by an explanation of findings by Dr. Masoudi who took her time answering my questions in a manner that I understood. I didn't feel rushed. Overall experience: disappointing. Don't be misled by the review average — my visit didn't reflect it. The optometry department felt impersonal and profit-driven. Staff didn't recall my visit from the prior week, errors were made during my visit, and I felt rushed out rather than helped. Be aware of their 90-day policy before booking — ask for it in writing. Would not return.
I had a serious eye infection. I called Mariette Eye Clinic on Roswell road near my home. They scheduled an appointment the same day with Doctor Quynh Dinh O. D. Doctor Dinh throughly examined my eyes and accurately diagnosed the cause, and prescribed the appropriate medication for my eyes to quickly recover. Doctor Dinh provided exemplary patient care. I highly recommend Doctor Dinh.
Absolutely awesome! I wouldn't trust my eye care, particularly cataract surgery, to anyone else but Dr Ho and the professionals at Marietta Eye Clinic. My laser surgery was performed by Dr Ho at Northside Hospital. It was perfect from start to finish. Followup care was outstanding. I highly recommend Marietta Eye Clinic.
Surgical staff was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant! They treated me (a very anxious patient!) with respect and compassion and made the process a breeze. Dr Cherof has returned my eyesight to a crispness and clearness that I have not experienced in years. I highly recommend her and the entire Marietta Eye Clinic surgery team!!
