The customer concern and care was above and beyond. The check in process was easy. The wait time was minimal. The team treating my son was fantastic and made it easy for him to get checked out.

Great experience! Professional and courteous personnel. State of the art equipment. And pleasant atmosphere. Very thorough eye exams. Don't think anyone can top them!

My appointment was for 2:35pm. It’s currently 3:40pm and my son is yet to be seen by the doctor. No one has bothered to address this wait time. It’s clear that the appointment must have been double booked, the administration does not know how to run the clinic or they simply do not have respect for their patients’ time. This one star review is for the practice only. We see Dr. Ho and have had nothing but great experience with him. I would give him a 5 star review.

Dr Masoudi is without a doubt one of the best Dr ,I have had the pleasure of being a patient of .through ,honest !!! ,diligent and respectful along with being very pleasant person to associate with ,I will miss her and her professionalism as a person and doctor being I'm moving away .

I always feel the service and care I receive is excellent. I try to schedule my visits on Monday or Tuesday if I need to stop in the optical department. Jodi is great! With this visit I interacting with Ariel, Dr. McNeely, Jodi and Kim. I have nothing but praise for all of them!
