When I entered the facility I was a bit nervous because there were quite a few people waiting for their appointments. To my surprise I was called right on time. The young woman who performed the exam was extremely efficient and thorough. When Dr Masoudi came in she completed the exam and explained my options as my prescription had changed. All in all an enjoyable and very professional experience.
I have had great experiences at Marietta Eye Clinic. The doctors are helpful and kind. Appointments are quick and well organized. I like the digital check in instead of waiting to talk to someone to check in. I have been going here for several years.
Due to a scratching feeling from a punctual plug inserted on 12-12-24, I had another visit on 12-19 and was told the plug wasn’t flush (edge sticking up) and it was replaced. By 12-23-24, my eye was so irritated it was hard to see clearly out of it so I drove to the Marietta East Cobb location near closing time and thankfully was seen by Dr Robison. I had a fantastic experience at Marietta Eye Clinic thus far. The process of getting my scleral lenses has been incredibly quick and smooth. The staff is not only highly professional but also genuinely friendly, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied. With the retirement of our previous ophthalmologist, my wife and I looked for a new doctor, and beginning last year, we discovered a neighborhood gem with this facility. We both see Dr. Sol as our optometrist, and she is thorough with her examinations. Her assistants rate A+ as well, and if necessary, I have faith in Dr. Charles Ho to perform cataract surgery. The office is pristine and well tended as well.
