MEC is a great option for emergencies that require quick service, if you can talk to them. My last experience with them started with a “Recall” email, which made me think something was wrong. I tried calling them back as soon as I received the email, but I was on hold for 15-30 minutes before they disconnected me. Since they value my time, they didn’t want to take too much of my time. I was very pleased with my cataract evaluation appointment at Marietta Eye Clinic. Candidly, I chose this practice because of an extremely favorable review online for Dr. Ho. I was not disappointed. Dr. Ho and his team were everything I hoped to find: thorough, professional, and very patient-focused. Following the most comprehensive eye exam that I've ever experienced, Dr, Ho reviewed all the findings and outlined his recommendations. I highly recommend he and his team!
Each person who works with you during your appointment is kind and personable. They explain the upcoming step and try to make you as comfortable as possible. Every interaction I have had has been positive and I am so happy to know they are there for my eye care.
My appointment was for tracking the ongoing progression of my macular degeneration. “Dr Y” was very patient with all my questions and gave clear explanations. I feel confident about the care of my eyes under his watch!
