Just had my first visit with Marietta Eye Clinic at their Cumming location and everyone was so nice and friendly. No one made me feel rushed or just a number. Very competent staff. Dr Robison is very good and down to earth. I walked out wearing contact lenses and also ordered glasses. Highly recommend!

I called Marietta Eye Clinic with a specific request for a plastic lens that should have cost about $50. Instead, I was charged around $300 for the lens plus another $50, and $65 for the visit. The lens did not work correctly. When I returned, they said the follow-up would be no charge, but nothing was actually fixed. Dr. Robison claimed she could correct the problem, yet only tried to convince me that the wrong centering was acceptable. The lens still doesn’t work. The office in Cumming Ga was so helpful. In a very unexpected event, they were able to get us on schedule the very same day. We were seen right on schedule , diagnosed,and treated by the doctor. The staff was most pleasant and well informed, and was able to schedule our follow up at a location closer to our home. We appreciate them and would certainly recommend them to any of our friends and family

My appointment with Dr. Sol and staff was perfect, what wasn't was the scheduling and place. The best Marietta Eye Clinic schedulers could do was to have me drive 1 ½ hours to the Cummings, GA location through the peak morning traffic hours. I could have chosen a different date but it would have been closer to two weeks later if I recall, and the issue with my eye didn't seem to be drastic enough, by the scheduler who was making the appointment, to find me a closer place, like 5-10 miles from my home. I had a great experience at Marietta Eye Clinic in Cumming. Booking online was simple, and I was seen right on time with no delays. The check-in process was fast and convenient, with both automated and in-person options—no waiting in line. The office was very clean and well-organized. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. Dr. Cara Robison was attentive, took the time to listen, and addressed all my concerns thoroughly. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
