I have seen both Dr. Thiel & Dr. Morel for an eye injury, they took great care of my eye, it healed with no additional problems. I look forward to my annual eye exam appointment next month. The front desk person is very helpful and pleasant and the optician was happy to talk with me and answer questions about my coverage and what they offer. I highly recommend them.
Arrived early for an eye exam. Signs indicate that you should check in and and enjoy a bottle of water. No one in the lobby and self check in station to complete the process. Not everyone is computer savvy when working with the machine. Someone did show up and ask if I wanted to follow up with getting either glasses or contacts. I said yes. The staff did not follow through. See no reason to return.
I was very thankful for being able to get an appointment quickly even though it was in Cumming . There were no appointments available at the East Cobb office. The visit went very well and Dr Robison was a very good communicator .
Great facility, friendly staff, and and great selection of frames and services. My one and only gripe is that every appointment I've had has run 20-40 mins late, which is frustrating, especially when you're trying to manage your own schedule for work, childcare, etc.. There just doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency.
I had cataract surgery on both eyes, separated by about 3 weeks, done by Dr. Morel at Marietta Eye Clinic. I was initially apprehensive about the procedure but he took the time to educate me on what was involved and answer any questions. All of my interactions with the staff were very professional and they clearly were very competent and knew what they were doing. I never felt pressured and decided to move forward.
