Great experience as always. Had a problem needing quick resolution. The staff “bent over backwards” to find a Dr. that could help find the problem. Staff at the Cumming office were really responsive, friendly, professional, and quick. Dr. Robison was very helpful in determining what my condition was, ruling out other conditions, and directing me to the next medical journey.
Arrived early for an eye exam. Signs indicate that you should check in and and enjoy a bottle of water. No one in the lobby and self check in station to complete the process. Not everyone is computer savvy when working with the machine. Someone did show up and ask if I wanted to follow up with getting either glasses or contacts. I said yes. The staff did not follow through. See no reason to return.
I have seen both Dr. Thiel & Dr. Morel for an eye injury, they took great care of my eye, it healed with no additional problems. I look forward to my annual eye exam appointment next month. The front desk person is very helpful and pleasant and the optician was happy to talk with me and answer questions about my coverage and what they offer. I highly recommend them.

I got the vision because of Dr. Mark Morel, Cataract Surgeon. He is the BEST and EXCELLENT . I underwent cataract surgery for white catract. Which many doctors were postponing for more than a year due to diabetic. Dr. Morel was very confident that i will get vision and did it without any problem.(if sugar below 200 in empty stomach). His team is Excellent from day one (pre op)and (post op). We thank Dr. Mark Morel and Marietta Eye Clinic
