My daughter is autistic and nonverbal and it has been a nightmare trying to get her eyes examined until we came here. Taylor and Hayden were amazing. We were able to get all tests done including dilation with no issues (previous doctors tried pinning her down or prescribing pre exam eye drops). She was able to get a proper prescription and even got her frames picked out and ordered from the same building.

I had a great experience! The wait time was super minimal and the staff was super nice. Toby was my technician and he was amazing. He explained everything as he did it and had patience with me during the exam.

Despite having an appointment, waited 45 minutes to be called in to be seen. Then, they charged my insurance over $1,000 for a standard new patient visit. I spent less than 2 minutes with the doctor himself. In my 60 years on this planet, this was the worst experience I had with a medical provider. There are much better options out there. Thumbs down. Also, getting medical records seems near impossible.

I made the change to this clinic a number of years ago when my other eye clinic changed ownership without letting anyone know. They changed staff, processes, and become more inept. Marietta Eye Clinic is even closer to my home> I had to use them at first for my daughter who needed an ophthalmologist to assess her after some metal shards got in her eye. I’ve been happy with their professionalism ever since.

1.5 hours for an appointment that should have taken 20 min. Doctor seemed triple booked for appointment slots, which could explain the lenghty wait. Once in the room, spent less than 2 min with doctor. Staff seemed low energy. Facility cleanliness lackluster, restroom had no toilet paper nor paper towels. There are better options in town.
