Highly concerned with the care we received from Dr Monica Bratton. I brought in my 4 year old son who we knew had been struggling with his colors(dad is colorblind) and his vision. Every single person in our families has bad vision so it’s to be expected. The tech who preformed my son’s exam was incredible(Nicole I think). She took her time with him and even reminded me that he most likely couldn’t see which is why he wasn’t capable of completing his eye exam. He failed both his color blind test and vision test. I was greeted with warmth and respect. Their smiles were infectious. I felt that they really for me. Technicians were courteous and professional. Dr. Laga took the time to give a detailed explanation of my concerns and what would be our next steps. I feel that my eyes are in great hands. They have my highest recommendation.
I have been going to Dr Johnson for many years. She also did my cataract surgery . She is the absolute best and. Her diagnosis of my current vision I completely trust in her decision to treat .
Though I only go once a year for my annual eye visit, the staff is always very friendly, approachable and professional. The doctors are gentle, patient and takes the time to answers your questions. I truly their appreciate the great customer service.
I am very happy with the care I receive. The office is very prompt when I have appointments and I do not have to wait for a long time like you do at some doctors and I feel that they are very thorough and caring.
