I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Marietta Eye Clinic on August 5, 2026. Our one-year-old daughter had an appointment at 1:35 PM, and we arrived on time. She received her first dilating eye drops around 2:00 PM and a second round around 2:20 PM because her pupils had not dilated enough. One thing that concerned us from the beginning was the way the drops were administered. The Woodstock clinic staff is friendly and efficient. They get you in and out pretty quickly. Wait times have not been long. The surgery center in Marietta is the same. Staff is friendly and efficient and get you in and out quickly. I had cataract surgery and was done in 2 hours.Dr. Panda is great! I Highly recommend!
I had a great experience! The wait time was super minimal and the staff was super nice. Toby was my technician and he was amazing. He explained everything as he did it and had patience with me during the exam.
Despite having an appointment, waited 45 minutes to be called in to be seen. Then, they charged my insurance over $1,000 for a standard new patient visit. I spent less than 2 minutes with the doctor himself. In my 60 years on this planet, this was the worst experience I had with a medical provider. There are much better options out there. Thumbs down. Also, getting medical records seems near impossible.
I made the change to this clinic a number of years ago when my other eye clinic changed ownership without letting anyone know. They changed staff, processes, and become more inept. Marietta Eye Clinic is even closer to my home> I had to use them at first for my daughter who needed an ophthalmologist to assess her after some metal shards got in her eye. I’ve been happy with their professionalism ever since.
