I was terrified of having cataract surgery. I think my blood pressure shot up 2000/2000😂. My thoughts were I wasn't going to be sedated enough and I would see the instruments coming to my eye and I would just pass out😳! Called to make what in my opinion was an urgent appointment. The very nice customer service person searched all twelve locations for the first available appointment - a true challenge during the period between Christmas and New Years. When the first appointment was no longer available due to a system glitch, she called me and offered another appointment at a different location the next day. Superb customer care! They were really professional. The check-in was the only thing I didn't like. It took a little longer using that kiosk. I don't know why I was having issues with it. People seem friendly enough. I didn't have to wait long. The doctor I saw was really educated on my eye care. I will go back next year for a regular eye checkups
I’ll never go back. The receptionist was on the phone and was talking ridiculously loudly about cursing some one out. The self check in Kiosk gave me an error message and told me to see the receptionist so I stood there for about two minutes. When I realized she wasn’t going to ask me if I needed help, I asked if there was someone that could check me in, she acted like I was bothering her. I have utilized Marietta Eye Clinic - Windy Hill location for almost 10 years. Every visit has been pleasant and personable — from the check in process, minimal wait time, friendly eye tech, contact lens tech, hardware (frames/lens) to the actual the eye doctor.
