I felt like I was waiting forever to be seen (only 2 of us in the waiting room). The receptionist did apologize for the wait - of which I appreciated her acknowledging that fact. Once seen -- I never really felt like I had a clear path to corrective vision/prescription. I was questioned about wearing my older glasses [because I see better out of them for distance]. I waited to be brought back for my appointment for over 30 minutes. After getting in the back the pre-doctor work up was done fairly quickly. I then waited another hour for the doctor to walk in (spend a few minutes trying to locate her equipment), spending 1 minute with me and done. She did not even do the process that is option 1 or 2 looks better. When leaving the person at the front asked how my appointment was; I explained the problems. I had both eyes done a month apart. Both experienced were different. Different nurses even different anesthesiologists. The only thing that was the same was Doctor Cohen. Which he is awesome at his craft. The 2nd surgery I was awake for. It was not a bad experience. I’m very pleased with the outcome of both eyes. Everyone I came in contact with are very kind and good at their jobs. I would recommend Marietta Eye Clinic. I would highly recommend Doctor Cohen!

Staff seemed pretty uninterested. Assistant was rushed, lacked soft skills and even the doctor could use a customer interaction course on rapport building. I ade several attempts to engage and they were all business. In a world where options are virtually limitless, won't be back.

I have a $500 pair of new glasses that are useless because the Doctor wrote my prescription much weaker than the previous prescription I had at another location. I knew something was kind of off and figured my eyes just needed more time to adjust. I went and looked at the previous prescription from another Doctor from 2023 and realized the new prescription was significantly weaker. How does this happen?
