Marietta Eye Clinic always top notch service. The front desk, check in personnel are friendly and set the tone for a successful visit. The optician staff and Dr Lows are always professional, personable and friendly. The eye wear specialist was super helpful in assisting with the “chore” of deciding various options for my new glasses. Wonderful service all around.
This is best eye clinic I've been too ever! It takes a while to get an appointment with Dr. Lows but I rarely wait at the office and shes worth the wait. At appt time they are very prompt and thst is much appreciated. The glasses/contacts department is also fantastic!
5 stars goes to Mariah! Where have you been hiding this gem? She is personable and accommodating. She is a great conversationalist and brings joy to early morning appointments. Leila is wonderful as well. She is very friendly and thorough. I was very impressed with her service. Once again, MEC went above and beyond. Fortunately these staff members are so outstanding as I was not happy with Dr John’s “bedside manner”. Had he been my first experience, I would never have returned. As a Veteran (Vietnam Era) I am eternally grateful to Marietta Eye Clinic for taking me on as a patient for my cataract surgery. So many of us have been waiting in that "line" to have our eyes seen about that many have given up hope - me among them. Thanks to Dr. Cohen, Dr. John and their staff, I can finally see clearly again! Thanks so much for stepping up to help us Vets, Doctors!
I had my first annual visit with the Marietta Eye Clinic based on a recommendation and I was not disappointed! Receptionist were helpful and friendly and Dr. Lowe is super personable and does not rush through the appointment. This is definitely my eye doc from now on!
