My experience at Marietta Eye Clinic in Douglasville was great. The front staff were friendly and welcoming. The assistant that worked on my eye exam was thorough and very informative. Dr. John was great as always. I walked away feeling very confident in my eye care.
I have been going to Marietta Eye Clinic for over 25 years. I have no complaints. This clinic has provided excellent customer service and Dr. Lows is an awesome doctor.
Great experience! Love Dr. Lows,she is so sweet and such a wonderful doctor. She really knows what she is doing and so easy to talk to, she explains everything and I never feel hurried! The rest of the staff are so nice also. So glad I found Dr. Lows!
Doctor Lowes and the entire staff at the Douglasville office are comforting, friendly and detailed. Highly recommend this branch- although they are very busy, they do their utmost to accommodate your needs. Kiddos to this office! And thank you!
I’m not crazy about having to do the front office work myself via the kiosk. Somebody gets paid for that. However, any issues I have with the check in process are forgotten once I fall under the care of Dr. Lows. She is the best and has been caring for my vision for years. Nobody else in this practice seems to have any personality, perhaps because Dr. Lows has it all with her caring, compassionate, and patient manner.
