My experience at Marietta Eye Clinic in Douglasville was great. The front staff were friendly and welcoming. The assistant that worked on my eye exam was thorough and very informative. Dr. John was great as always. I walked away feeling very confident in my eye care.
Love Doc Lowe. Very personable. On the Vision side the person subbing Stephanie was very good and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the wait time in the glasses side. Only one person working and she had to go to lunch cause myself and two other patients to have to wait longer than an hour and a half. I can understand one time, but this has been going on a while short of help, someone needs to be hired at that branch ASAP.
Doctor Lowes and the entire staff at the Douglasville office are comforting, friendly and detailed. Highly recommend this branch- although they are very busy, they do their utmost to accommodate your needs. Kiddos to this office! And thank you!
I had a follow up after cataract surgery. All is well. I have enjoyed the long term relationship with Marietta Eye Clinic in Douglasville. Thank you Drs Lowe and Cohen.
Had a 10:15 am appt. Signed in at kiosk and waited 30 minutes to be taken back. After going through a triage with technician which took about 15 minutes, I was dilated and ask to sit in waiting area in the back to see the doctor. Finally moved to an exam room after waiting for more than an hour. Finally say doctor who spent about 20 minutes with me examine my eyes and checking pressures as well as answering my questions.
