Marietta Eye Clinic always top notch service. The front desk, check in personnel are friendly and set the tone for a successful visit. The optician staff and Dr Lows are always professional, personable and friendly. The eye wear specialist was super helpful in assisting with the “chore” of deciding various options for my new glasses. Wonderful service all around.
5 stars goes to Mariah! Where have you been hiding this gem? She is personable and accommodating. She is a great conversationalist and brings joy to early morning appointments. Leila is wonderful as well. She is very friendly and thorough. I was very impressed with her service. Once again, MEC went above and beyond. Fortunately these staff members are so outstanding as I was not happy with Dr John’s “bedside manner”. Had he been my first experience, I would never have returned. No wait for my appointment today. The reception staff was kind and 'fun'. Dr. Lows was as AMAZING as the other times I have seen her; helped with a prescription, explained all parts of the exam and made me feel like a friend she hasn't seen in awhile!
