Super easy to make an appointment! The front desk staff was awesome and explained my insurance benefits well. Dr. Robison was kind, efficient, and took time to explain my newest prescription to me (deeply appreciated since my eyes are aging with the rest of me, ha!). Olive over in the contacts and glasses section was extremely helpful with explaining my benefits and price points, as well as helping me choose some fresh new spectacles! If you haven't had your eyes checked in a while, this is the place to go!!
My experience there was very good. The office was very friendly and the Dr was wonderful. My daughter and I were having trouble deciding which lens to order. She came up front and explained the difference to us. That was quite extraordinary. I was very pleased with the service all around. It takes patience to decide which is best for you. There was plenty of patience from everyone.
Had a really good first experience at the Johns Creek location. I had been going to another optometrist for the past 10 years but finally grew tired of the constant change over of optometrists and decided to try a new provider. The office and patient rooms are all very modern and clean. I was there for an annual eye exam and contact fitting. Dr. Li and the rest of the team who did my exam were fantastic. My appointment with dr Li was excellent! She was very thorough running all necessary yearly tests for aging eyes. My glasses prescription barely changed and she was sure to let me know that I didn’t have to get new glasses, instead of trying to sell me new frames. I really appreciate that! I’ll see her again in one year! My husband was with me and able to meet her for future appointments for his eyes.
A great practice! The staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable, and the check-in is at a kiosk which I find makes it quicker since you can personally type in your personal information. The exam itself is quick and efficient but without skipping steps or details, and Dr. Ramsey was kind and answered all my questions! Highly recommend!
