Dr. Bratton and her office staff are friendly and efficient. My daughter looks forward to going to her appointment each year and comes out happy and confident. They take their time, giving some special attention, but do not overwhelm her with questions. They use simple directions, so we can get through the exam easily and be on our way. They also do not overbook like other offices. Our total time is always predictable, usually less than an hour. Thank you so much for your excellent care, Dr.Bratton and staff!
I thought this was the best office to take my son to because of location but after I have worked in offices the lack of cleanliness was seen and disappointed me at my son’s visit! The first few visits I did not notice a year ago but this time I noticed chairs, walls and doors were dirty. The patient before us was sick and they took us in right after them and I know they didn’t wipe anything down because the items were still on the counter from the previous patient visit and no smell of cleaner was present. An amazing Doctor, an amazing staff and an amazing eye clinic. I searched the internet for an eye specialist and although I live three hours from the Marietta Eye Clinic, I am so glad I found it. You can feel the difference as soon as you walk into the office. You don't go to a desk to sign in, someone comes to you and walks you through check-in.
